      I had a wonderful experience with this company. From the sales guy Dimitry, to the lead installer Daniel and his team everything was very professional, quick, and they were always in constant contact with us. ** ***** * *** * ****** ******* ** **** *** ** ******** **** *** ***** ******** So I made sure to watch over the full process and can't say enough about how great they were. Definitely recommending to all my friends and family!!!

      My neighbor was having a unit installed and we have a shared driveway, As we were backing up our car which we have been doing for 12+ years, A White PVC pipe came shooting out of the wall into our car, When the workers were confronted they said they didn't do it, And that it was our fault, Waited 3 days for someone to contact Us, The gentleman Raj requested pictures, said he would get back to Us, When he finally did days later, he solely placed the blame on Us, He refused to cover the cost of repairs which is $1500+ and it would take 3 days to fix so also the cost of the rental car, He actually told Us to go through our insurance, Which is absurd ** *** ********* ****** *** ******** ** **** ** ******** *** *** ****** *** **** ********** ** ** *** **** ****** ***** ** ** **** ** *** ** *****, Next step is filing a civil lawsuit for the cost.

      As we have responded to the comments you and your wife/partner have left on multiple platforms. You admitted to driving into a stationary object and that you were not paying attention. The piping did not come shooting out of the house.

      This company took a significant deposit on a heat pump on 18 December 2023. Now a month later we are still waiting on our energy audit which was included in our purchase but has now been cancelled 3x. I have repeatedly asked our sales rep John for updates, asked for a manager to reach out to me, I have emailed and called their office and so far the only answer we have to date is that the receptionist that answers the phone will "look into it." When we message our sales rep he says he will contact his manager and again questions and requests for calls or updates go unanswered. Our last energy audit was scheduled for Friday January 19 at 6:00am... I begrudgingly agreed to this to get it out of the way only for it to be cancelled at 6:15am. Since then we have not heard from LG Home Comfort in regards to our install or audit and it is now Wednesday of the following week.
      I do believe that the actual work done by their technicians may be of quality ***** ** ***** ******* but purely in terms of client care, customer satisfaction, and efficient service LG Home Comfort has completely failed to meet my expectations and are ************* unapologetic about it in the little communication that we have received. I cannot in good faith recommend LG Home Comfort because I have no expectation or reason to believe that they will follow through, which is very disappointing ** * *** ******* ***** ****** ****** ** ******* ********** *** ** ***** *** ******** *** *** ***** *** *** ********* ********** ********* ********* *** ********* LG Home Comfort management has failed repeatedly to reach out. This seems to be an unfortunate trend.

      ***********- the claims that you are making are categorically untrue. First of all, your household never paid the deposit, if you can show proof other wise we are happy to refund it. Second of all, you were in constant contact with out sales management team. You were made well aware that energy audit appointments are set by a government-approved third party and the date of this appointment being set are not in our control. Lastly, as per your last conversation with our sales manager, we cancelled the contract in full as we strongly feel like you are not the customer that we want- ********** ***** ******** ******** *** ******** *** *****
