    The National Disability Credit Alliance is way too expensive. If I had understood their authority I never would have used them. Firstly getting the required documents to the CRA could easily be done myself. Secondly the changes to my tax returns for 10 years past could have been done by myself online or my normal taxpayer with much less charge.

    Thank you to NDCA and especially to my service provider Samridhi M.
    I had very effective emails and calls throughout the process. Although other people from the company would call or email which I found confusing. Maybe various departments??
    I tripped upon the NDCA online while trying to find additional support for my son.
    They were efficient and quickly were able to do the steps necessary to have my CRA reassessed and apply for two applicable tax credits. I as a caregiver was provided with rebates going back 10 years.
    Although expensive it's also money I would never have received without having found the services of the NDCA.
    My biggest upset is with my accountants/bookkeepers over the past 10 years.
    Why was this not done?
    I want to provide my sincerest gratitude to Samridhi. The information she provided and her compassion was so important in setting my mind at ease during the process.
    She was comprehensive, reassuring, well informed and very supportive of the various concerns and numerous questions I had. Samridhi was able to provide answers and she provided the reassurance I needed to remain confident throughout the process. As a caregiver ***** **** ****** ******* * **** ****** ***** ******* *** *********** **** *** *****.
    I'm glad I am able to provide a positive survey to NDCA. Yes, the charges are high and difficult to accept but the services I received resulted in money that I did not know existed.
    It's a matter of perspective I guess.

    They did all the "heavy lifting" so to speak, on top of my disability I was claiming I recently have became sicker and never would of been able to work through the paper work myself. I am grateful for their service.
    Their employees have always had patience with me when my brain fog made things harder on my end. They were very understanding and accommodating.

    They are fast but very expensive and they don't follow there own contract. I suggest another company.
