    I filled an application with this company & was told I would receive $8,000. The money was never received, they accessed & manipulated my CRA account, kept the money & now they keep invoicing me with interest for their services

    This complaint was filled prior to speaking to one of your representatives, last week, after several attempts in trying to contact someone. I understand what you’re saying & appreciate your response . I’m still waiting on a follow up letter regarding our conversations, so I can respectfully move forward in resolving this matter & have my daughter’s name cleared.

    I have never before encountered a business this disingenuous, ***** ********* practices
    Ronalyn is behaving like a *****, yet the way she structured the claim did not make sense to begin with.
    When we informed her that we are withdrawing from the claim as our doctor did not support it, she sent email after email trying to force us to give her access to our CRA account!

    *** **** ********** This company filed an application for us, when I couldn't get a letter from my doctor and told them we've withdrawn, they won't stop requesting 650 dollars. We got a letter from CRA indicating that there is no refund and shared it with them. Yet they won't stop asking for money. We've requested their own proof that got us any refund and they didn't have anything to show. Yet they came back insisting that they want access to our CRA Account. ***** ****** *** ** ************** *** ***** ******* **** **** ******** ** ***** ******* ** **** *** ****** ** ***** *** ******* *** ***** **** to pay for a service when none was delivered.

    *** **** ** *** ******* **** ******* * **** **** ***** ******* After filling out the initial application they asked me to get more information from my doctor. My doctor told me that he wouldnt fill out or have any thing to do with this company and suggested that i send the dissability forms directly to *** myself. He filled out the forms for me and charged me 90.00 which i sent to ***. Four months later i recieved a refund from *** and on the same day i got an email from NDCA stating i owed them 25% due in 5 days or it would go to a collections agent. I had sent them many emails and phone calls to cancell my application which were never answered.
    Since my doctor would not fill out the forms and i cancelled with them...why and how do they expect to be paid for the service that they did absolutely for me since i did all the paperwork needed.

    On signing with these guys to broker my DTC application, they were seemingly all fine at the beginning, **** *** ** ****** *********** ** ******* **** **** ** *** *** ***** ** ******** **** ** *** During the process, *** *** **** ** ***** ****** **** *** ****** *** **** **** ** *** **** to find they had instructed her to go against the CRA’s instructions/requests, as well as myself regarding any action to be taken forth except for whatever actions whether legal or illegal, as well as demanding I pay for an invoice I did unauthorize the amount for. They also made promise of this sizeable return which was in fact 1/6th the amount of their promise. ** ****** had them taken off of her CRA and blocked and they are now ********** her to no end. I’ve now had to do the same thing. T**** ****** **** ** ******** ********** **** ***** **** *********** ***** *** ********** * ** ** ** *** ****** **** ***** **** *** *** ** **** **** * ******* **** **** *** **** ** ** ********** **** ** **** *** **** **** ****** *** ******** ******* ******

    Hi ******. We apologize if you felt that way. However, there our team has executed tax works resulting to submissions and release of refunds. For the amount, the credits you are entitled to claim would be directly related to the income tax paid while living with your disability. The access we are requesting from your mother as well is for us to check if the work we've submitted got approved by the CRA or needs canceling, either way, we still need access.     If I could give no stars that would be the case. ******** staff, never dealing with this place again. ******** business practice, lacks proper business and professional etiquette. Agents *** ********* ************** *** don’t get back to clientele. ********** ********** ***** ** * ****** representative’s by the names of Charla, Terrence and Vasu lack customer care, respect and in my eyes brought down the whole dignity of NDCA. * ******** ********* *** ******** **** **** *******, I asked to personally speak with Senior Management they declined to get back to me. Vasu a general manager stated he is the highest of management at NDCA, and ********* **** since he confirmed that Senior Management did not want to speak with me. Altogether the staff as a whole are ********* and the company’s main goal is getting paid that 25% plus tax, their care for clients is out that window, especially dealing with people on disability. Extremely Horrible experience will never use this company EVER again.

    *** **** ** * ******** **** ********* ** ******* ** *** They never answer the phone, emails. They take more than they promise. In a contract signed by me i agree to pay them 25% of the money they retrieve plus taxes. However they actually take more. For an example I received a refund of $124.92. So according to the contract they should get $31.54 plus roughly $18. Instead they took $76.44 and they refuse to pay me the difference. This should not be happening.
