They trick u in to sign a application and they say is their contract. Then they have access to contact revenue canads and get their name on your info that u have to CANCEL with Revenue Canada. Then get your Dr to fill out a physical to submit for u to the goverment .My case they lost 2x and I paid to get it filled out again and again . Over the past year has been a night mear . Loosing proper paper work , endless phone call of asking the same questions, told I was not allowed for the credit....then ******** for another physical. Lost it on them and told them I was done with them and I would handle it myself. The physical I sent to the government and with in 7 weeks was mailed out reassessment. The same day I received another 2 emails demanding money for what they did. What ********* me and me getting all the physics done and paid then faxing it to them???????????

** *** *** **** ********** They NEVER answer your phone calls or questions. They don’t listen to your requests. I told them I did not want to pursue things with them until they let me know their cost and they NEVER let me know. They just submitted on my behalf anyway (WITHOUT MY PERMISSION TO START) and then proceeded to charge me over $1700.00. * ** * ****** *** ** * **** **** ************ *** had NO intention of going ahead with them if there was a high cost. I would NEVER have agreed if they had told me the cost. ** * ***** **** ** ***** * ****** These people went into my account without even sending me an invoice. I didn’t have the money in it to cover what they wanted to charge me, I got charged NSF from my bank and they had the nerve to charge me NSF. Now they wanna take me to court because I don’t want to pay the NSF charges! And they wanna charge me their legal fees. All over $91.

    * ***** ***** ****** **** **** ***** ** ******** **. The tip off for me is when they wanted me to give them blind permission to debit my bank account. I couldn't understand why they wanted this permission when I'm seeking benefits and not the other way around. Immediately after reading this document's requirements and what they wanted of me, all the lights started flashing. I have never had anyone request debit information from me and i would NEVER give that permission to anyone. I have been trying to contact NDCA but i can never get through. I always get an answering service and the emails I send with specific questions are ignored. In addition, when filling out the application, there is nothing that states the NDCA would charge me money for this service. * ***** * **** ******* ******* ***** ********

    Dear ******,

Apologies for the delay in responding to your review but let me assure you, we are a professional firm helping people with disabilities to get what they are rightfully owed obviously based on circumstances.

According to our records, you signed our Client Intake Package which has all the relevant details and our terms and conditions. We also reach out to your Medical Practitioner to get confirmation of your disability and other tax forms which are mandatory to be filed with CRA in order for them to review the application which will result in tax credits being paid to you.

Our clients team would have made you aware of our step by step process and our fees are only payable if are successful in the claim for tax credits. We make it easier for our clients to settle their bill by setting up a PAD.I am sure this is just  some kind of miscommunication and I am sure we can get any of your queries resolved if you get back to your Client manager, Kristine A. or myself.

Leaving a 3 star review for now. I applied and now no one is getting back to me. Not the caseworker, not the main line, not the manager. Been leaving voicemails every other day for over a month.
When I did speak with the lady she was very nice though. I did call CRA and they said they are a legit business but their lack of response makes me question it.
I thought maybe by msging here I might get a response

They were OK 1st to get started but they take 33% and then when I try to get away from them now they're trying to claim money from a climate rebate which they're not entitled to. they also told me that they can take Part of my child support as well. I have paid all I owe them for the disability tax credits which according to the CRA was never claimed or approved. Even though I have a letter from NDCA claiming it was. all they did was put in for the caregiver amount which now I have to justify to the CRA.

    Dear ******,

    Apologies for the late response.

Just to clarify, we have a process in place to make sure our clients are aware of our fee structure which stands at 25% not 33%. We have taken note of your comments and we have paused doing further work as per your instructions but in general, we have an expert team who are here to maximize the tax credits available to our clients as long as they are eligible. If you need further assistance, we will be there for you again!
