Hi *****. Our apologies for the inconvenience and for not getting back to you sooner. Seems like you have been approved to claim disability tax credits and maxed them out. However, the work was not done by our team.Your Client Agreement remains in effect though. We can definitely check if there are some refunds for 2023 that you can claim next year. We will still have someone contact you and provide you with updates. Thank you.

    * **** **** ******** ******* ***** **** **** *** they are trying to get 2700 out of me bc thats 20% of my refund, which I was never approved through the CRA and was denied 2x already. This money was to “be released from CRA in March 2023, and with all the unanswered calls and ignored messages I left, I removed them from my CRA account. That was in Feb 2023. Don't need a 3rd party to file for Dis Tax Cr anyway, but gave it a shot with this place *** ****** *** **** *** *** * **** ******* ** ** ******** *****  I have asked them to stop emailing me with their bill and believe me if I were to get a 9700 refund I would surely pay them but they have nothing to show me where this money is that Im entitled to. I was amazed and confused when i got the initial letter but clearly went sour when i called CRA and they had denied me 2x. Now i am bankrupt and this is frustrating. I wish they would stop sending these notices. They want to be paid for the work they did yet failed to keep me updated. Thats why i removed them and stopped access to my account.

Hi *****. We apologize for any inconvenience that the application has caused you. We were able to locate your application and we can sort this out if you would give us access to your CRA for further checking. If there has been anything that shouldn't be invoiced, we can certainly void the invoice generated in our system. Without having the access back, our team won't be able to check what the Revenue Agency have for you. We're hoping you will consider this to resolve this issue. Thank you.

They *** *** make it out think you are getting something back. They charged me 1400 then with their interest it went up to almost 1800!! I don't even know what they did for me. I refuse to pay ******* * ***** *** * ****. i get these invoice emails of what I owe but again I don't even know what they did for me to have to owe that much. Plus the interest and late fees....ridiculous. Judging by the other comments I feel like I am not alone.

I applied with the NDCA in February of 2022. They requested extra information from my doctor, I obliged, and paid the cost to get all the information from my doctor. I sent it all in. I did receive a refund from *** in July 2022. I paid my bill and my case was done. I even followed up with my case worker because according to *** they only reassessed 2 years instead of all 10 like they were supposed to. I reached out to my case worker and she assured me they got all of they money I was entitled to, and they had DEFINITELY re-assessed all 10 years. Upon receiving my disability application, *** did their own investigation. I supplied them with an additional doctors report and additional information as per requested, and after 16 long weeks I got another refund as the NDCA did a crappy job of finding what I was entitled to. I got 3X more on top of what they got me directly from ***. After doing NOTHING they are trying to take 25% of the additional amount I received which had ZERO to do with them. I haven't even gotten a return call or email from July when I reached out to them, and my case was officially complete, but now they feel they deserve 25% of this amount I just received when I did everything myself after they refused to reply to my requests. It's absolutely absurd!

ndca never sent any other info about my claim after filling out the forms. never answered my e-mails or phone calls. all they said was get your doctor to fill out the forms.
i removed them from dealing with my disability credit on sept 25 2022. i reapplied on my own and some how they got wind of it and sent forms for me to sign which were meaningless. i thought i was dealing directly with the government so i signed them.
i really find them to be dishonest and there was no mention that they were working from the Philippines. they have access to my *** account without asking. i wish they would just go away.

    * ** *** ********* **** ******* ** **** **** *** ********* *** ************ At first they seemed motivated and really willing to help me recive the disability tax benifit, but upon waiting for my appointment with my doctor ( which I informed NDCA the date ) they continued to send me the same forms to fill out multiple times, as well as daily phone calls. My doctor also got frustrated with the daily Fax of the same paperwork that included his portion to fill out.I had yet to be approved for the disability tax credit however the NDCA inquired through tax years that I have worked and asked for a reassessment to be done on years that I'd be eligible for the disability credit.
Before even getting approved they said I was eligible for a certain amount and that I didn't need my doctor to verify my disability to get it ( this is when it started to seem fishy). My taxes were reassessed and I was found to be eligible for the Canadian workers benifit for that year and I would receive a certain amount. The Canadian workers benifit can be devided into two separate parts. The first part is a base amount which any Canadian who is disabled or not is entitled to If they are considered low income. And the second part is an additional amount for for eligible disabled people. However because I have not filed out the paperwork I'm NOT eligible for the disability tax credit as of yet. However they still decided to send me a bill for the working tax credit that is NOT the additional portion meant for disabled people. They are only supposed to bill me for disabled portions. ** *** *** ******** **** **** ******* *** *** *** * ********* ***** ** **** *** ******** ***** ** ******** * ****** **** ** *** ****** ***** ** **** * ********** *************** * ***** **** *** **** *** **** ******* *** *** *** ********* ** *** ***** ** ***** **** ** *** ****** ******* * ***** *** **** **** ******* ******** **** ** ******** *** ************* ***** ** *** *** ****** ********* ** ******** *******
