I had my lawn aerated by ******* today. Good job and good price. He was very courteous. Im not a big fan of the door to door model but for this type of job - where I can see that the work was done well and effectively. I dont know anything else about the company. I can say ******* was very courteous and did a good job.Canadian Property Stars

Our door-to-door model has been successful for 27 years as it allows us to bring the "store to the door" and remove traditional administrative, booking and transportation costs associated with the work. 3 stars******, the fellow who came out to aerate was wonderful. Courteous, motivated and worked hard. But, I was put off by getting a call they were coming out the next day. The call came in the evening less than 24 hours before the service and I was supposed to have the time to mark my irrigation heads! I rushed to get things ready and then they didn't show up that day! I kept the dogs in all day waiting for them. When I asked what happened, I was told they couldn't know from day to day how much staff they'd have. I'm sorry, I run a business and I can't tell clients 'oh, we're not coming this day after all'. I got no notice. ****** did come the next day and did a great job as noted, but I won't use this company again. Poor customer service.
