They were cordial and efficient all day long, despite the brutal heat and having to move my hot tub out of a tricky hole. Not a scratch or dent to be found on either end of the move. After the initial visit, Macho sent a detailed listing of what they were going to do and what I had to look after myself. They were very helpful before the move in questions that I had and on the day of the move they arrived on time with three friendly Movers. The move was handled smoothly without any complications and I would recommend their service to anyone

5 starsI had researched 5 moving companies for our move from Orangeville to Burlington. Macho Movers was fairly priced for the estimated distance & time.
From the admin staff (******* *** ****) to the moving staff (***** ***** *** *******), Macho Movers has exceptionally professional and polite employees. The staff were the reason I made the decision to proceed with their company.
The moving team was fast and efficient. Though we moved during a heat wave, the staff never complained and were very polite.
They took time explaining to us how the process would work and ensured our property was packed safely. We had no damaged items upon delivery! Amazing work!
They were courteous and professional through the entire move. They were honest and upfront regarding any costs that could be incurred. For example, I had several plants that needed to be put into the truck. **** recommended they be placed into garbage bags in case the soil spilled out. That way we would not be charged the cleaning fee.

It was a short notice move of some boxes to storage. My situation was stressful, but my mover was on time and everything went smoothly. Also everyone I spoke to at Macho Movers including my mover was very respectful and polite. I have had a bad experience with a local moving company in the past, so I was holding my breath. The day of the move the team of Shivan, Taylor and Caro were on time during the move professional and friendly and due to some unfortunate issue with the elevator I got to interact a lot with the team and they were a fun hard working team. The move went very well and would surely recommend my friends and relatives to work with this company. Prices were very competitive to industry's standard yet their service was above standard.
