  My family and I recently had the pleasure of working with this most amazing moving company for my move from Guelph, Ontario to Milton, Ontario. From start to finish, Macho Movers made my move an experience I won't soon forget. Their team of professionals were courteous, efficient, and extremely skilled at what they do. They took care of all my belongings as if they were their own, and made sure everything arrived at my new home in perfect condition. I had an enormous piano, which the last movers I had hired struggled with The team that Macho Movers sent moved the piano with ease. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding and I never felt like I was left in the dark. Macho Movers went above and beyond my expectations and truly made my move stress-free. I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone in need of a smooth and seamless moving experience. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

  Forgot to put the only bed back together, the very one that they disassembled for the move.
  Just a one bedroom apartment.

  Can’t believe they didn’t put my bed back together.
  Having to pay another mover to do the job.

  We apologize for forgetting not to put the bed back together, however this was not mentioned to the movers before they left and finished packing up. If this was mentioned to us we would have gladly come back or sent someone like out to take the bed back together.
  Our team normally asks the customer if they can use the restroom before using it. It is customary to use the restroom at the residence where we are working. To use a different facility, it would require packing up the moving truck and driving to a public restroom everytime one of the crew members needs to use the facility. In cases where the move is in a rural location the nearest public facility could be quite a distance away. Some businesses also do not appreciate or accommodate non paying customers come in to use the restrooms.

  You are kidding me.
  How macho of you ,, To dis-respect a customer., and weasel your way out of the most basic of basic moving duties.
  WHAT COMPANY disassembles the ONE AND ONLY BED, in a very simple move, AND THEN DOESN’T RE-ASSEMBLE IT. ?????
  And then doesn’t apologize and come back and re-assemble it..
  do you understand what very bad business manners you have ?
  Not hard to figure out. Do I have to. Repeat that ??? Not. . Hard…. To… figure……..out.
  Didn’t know they were little boys that don’t know the very basics of moving. We were specifically instructed by you !!!! to leave the bed as it was.
  YOU WOULD PUT IT BACK TOGETHER.
  We have it in writing.
  Otherwise you would not put it back together upon. delivery. WE EVEN HAD TO TAKE PICTURES. FOR YOU.
  The supervisor, who was in charge conveniently snuck away , wherever he was, before assembling my bed. How could anybody in their right mind, not. Automatically put a bed that they took apart, back together.
  WHAT. COMPANY, IN HEAVENS NAME, LEAVES WITHOUT ASSEMBLING THE ONE AND ONLY BED, in an apartment
  We did call back, and we were told you would NOT. come back to re-assemble the. one bed in the apartment.
  DONT PUT IT ON. ME TO DO YOUR JOB. . PAY ME THEN TO BE THEIR SUPERVISOR.
  NOBODY ASKED ME ABOUT ANYTHING. IF I WAS DONE. WITH THEM.
  MOVING 101. ******************* YOU TAKE BED APART, YOU PUT BED BACK. TOGETHER —————————————
  NEXT POINT:
  Regarding peeing in 2 freshly cleaned and sanitized. bathrooms, and then again, upon arrival at destination.
  ITS NOT HARD TO HOLD. IN THEIR PEE PEE FOR THE 2 HOURS THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE.
  They drove past several TIm Hortons on the way from Guelph to Oakville, down Trafalgar.
  ANY BODY can use the toilets. !! We do it all the time travelling through Canada. That is obvious, and you as an employer should not be making silly excuses.
  THEN, THEY HAD LUNCH ON THE WAY TO DELIVER MY FURNITURE. ———. THAT IS WHERE YOU GO PEE. AND THEN IN THE NEXT 2 HOURS. THEY HOLD IN THEIR PEE -PEES, LIKE ADULTS DO. , WHEN THEY ARE WORKING..

  Excellent. 3 large appliances were moved (including to and from the basement). Two guys moved them quickly and with care. Great service!
