I would not reccomend this company. The billing is *****. I was told by the driver of the truck the I questioned the billing that I wasn't including the time it took for them to do a truck inspection. Not sure why in the middle of the day this is required? They also were late to the drop off location. When questioned they told me they needed to stop for fuel and that took almost 1/2 hour as they had to wait for the owners credit card? You don't pay for gas over the phone with no physical card present. Non of it added up and I was definitely charged more than I should have been. When I questioned the office they did not call back and address the issue. They also damaged walls in the house I as moving out of. The house had just been professionally painted and walls repaired top to bottom. When I suggested the $50 they offered as compensation was not enough the owner explained the only way he would do anything more than that was to fix things himself. I expressed the me home owner did not want a moving company fixing his walls and paint the owner of macho told me that was ridiculous and there was no way he would look at a quote to have it repaired by the professional who had just done the painting. We did have communication with **** multiple times after this instance explaining the situation that occurred and also confirmed that not only was the $50 taken off for minor scratches, as well as time was taken off for when the crew was stopped for fuel.
If he had not had communication with us as he states, we would not have been able to explain and make those offers as well as the owner would not have had a chance to have a full discussion of offering to fix the areas himself as he is experienced in doing so from previous work experience and renovating homes.
Options and explanations were discussed with him, they were unfortunately just not that of which the customer was looking for.M. B.

No time was taken off for the delay on the move out portion waiting for a credit card. Nor was it addressed. The only thing that was addressed was the damage incurred which was not sufficient. The only for move time was the compensation provided was the start time which was pushed back as they did not arrive on time. That only seems like the right thing to do. I stand by my review. Billing seems suspicious. I'm obviously unhappy with the service received and damages incurred hence the review. Instead of attempting to make it right your company prefers to argue with a dissatisfied customer. Seems to be a pattern based on other reviews and responses. Your company emailed me several times to leave a review, so you got an honest one.sorry you don't like it.Review fromJeff A

We had to move furniture from a retirement home when a family member passed, they were quick , quiet and respectful of the home, the residents and did a great job. They then moved items at our home which they did professionally and quickly. The movers were great, polite and courteous careful with the furniture and really friendly.
Macho will be our first call be it moving , or arranging furniture around the house and they even said they do dump runs which is a service we will be looking for and they will get the call.

We’ve moved many times over the years. All what we termed good moves bar one
Today we had Macho movers for our move. WOW! Careful with our furnishings. Polite and well mannered Very well organized and professional. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
