    A seller gained access to my storage unit and sold personal items of mine without my permission. Some items were work related with confidential info. If said info becomes ******** will faced dire consequences. I dont know what to do at this point. Buyers Beware!!! I a wish I could give 0 star

    Scammers. As a buyer they totally misconstrued the authenticity of the items on multiple auctions around the ******** ** area. I was warned about them more than once and I wish I had listened. Furthermore...they were especially ruthless through the pandemic! As a buyer I suggest you run hard, far and as wide as you can from these crooks. If you are thinking of using them as a seller ... I suggest you take stock on what kind of human you are and whether or not you believe in Karma.Good luck and kind regards Signed I should have listened.

    ***************'ve been buying on Maxsold for several months now. I am very unhappy and angry with their work. During this time they managed to lose 5 of my lots !!!!Not 1 or 2, but 5!!!! this is very unpleasant and terrible. You come to pick it up and suddenly they have lost something. I spend time and money on gasoline. Of course, they return money for things, and they think that this is enough, but I dont think so... There should be some other compensation. I dont think that this is a good business, you cant treat your customers like That.

    We listed to sell our items on Maxsold. Very disappointed because most of items went for around a dollar. These were higher end items. Had to find out by customers picking items up that there was a problem with the site and they were unable to bid on items. And in fact they suspended auctions later in evening and over next couple of days. Never had a apology from company. They did not take their percentage but fir the little we made and having to spend the whole day for pickup was a very bad situation. The topper came when I ran into someone that had purchased items and she had gotten a note of apology from company because she could not bid on items. Be careful if using this company.

    Buyer beware. Item descriptions are very limited, photos never tell the whole story and whether an item actually works or not is a question you figure out once you own it. Lack of clarity on rules and processes. **************** contact is difficult, takes a lot of time to pursue, and odds are you may not get a response.

    We are so sorry to hear that you have had issues with your experience. The seller provide the photos / descriptions on most items, we do run check however it is possible sometimes that full details might not be apparent. We do ask on all the invoices and communications that buyers check the items on site, before accepting them as there is the opportunity to decline the item and receive a refund in these cases. As the items sellers bring forward are used there are rare occasions that items might be damaged. This is again why we make it clear in all rules as processes that all item are checked on site.

    In terms of customer contact service response, we do track this daily and our same day and next day rates are usually high. It sound however on this occasion you have had challenges reaching them. If you can email ******************************** and *************** he will be happy to look at this case and see how we can assist.

    Registered to bid , had a watch list and set reminder to bid half hour before closing. System would not allow me to sign in, essentially preventing me from bidding in items I spent a week watching. I actually won a bid from another auction so my credentials were not the problem. I will cancel my account as soon as office opens tomorrow and I can speak to actual person. **************** avoid them.

    I have purchased several items from Maxsold and have had received good items for a good price. But, the lack of help with items is an issue. The items I purchased at one auction had been on a table in the pictures but they moved them to the floor. I am 71 yrs old and not very good at kneeling. No one offered to help so had to **** over and box them all myself. That same auction was on a very hot day and several of us had to wait around in a hot home for quite some time because they were behind schedule. Recently, their web sit is messed up. Auctions have closed 2 hrs. before they state they will end. I tried to call to inquire about it but the phone number listed did not work. Tonight, their site isn't working at all. It says they don't have auctions in my area. Yesterday there were 8 auctions within a 35 mile radius of my house. I live just outside of ************. I don't know what is happening but it certainly is not good for a seller.

    I've been a loyal customer at ********************** for almost as long as it has been in operation. During this time I have been impressed by the very much appreciated service of reaching out to me when I was late arriving to an auction, wondering if I was going to make it. I felt this was a justification for the high extra charges). There are a few disappointing lacks in supporting services which could be over-looked because of that one little feature of a reminder phone call. Now getting to my problem. I recently bid on two auction items based in the small village where I live. Being Thanksgiving weekend I was busy on Sat and I thought the pickup was for the Sunday, but when I went into my computer to download the invoice Sat. evening To my shock, it turned out that I missed the pickup on Saturday. I was also told that the seller had made other arrangements for the items which had come out of my credit card for the amount of $218. $29 of that was the premium I was charged. Surely you can agree that an expenditure of that fairly large amount would not have been forfeited on a whim. Would it have been too much to ask for a reminder as in a phone call? Oh yes emails were sent but I had not been on my computer since Friday night and had not checked my email, I also am of an age where I do not carry my cell phone around with me unless I am outside of my home. I see the auction was seller managed BUT my money (which I can not get back) was sent to MAXSOLD and MAXSOLD's service extended to an email telling me that my items were no longer available as the buyer made other arrangements.Clearly my years of being a customer meant little or nothing to a company that charges buyers a premium yet gives little or no service in return. I feel quite sure that this will mean nothing to MAXSOLD as they clearly tell people that they provide NO SERVICES to the buyer. However I hope that anyone reading this will beware of dealing with a company that has no loyalty to their customers.*******

    I purchased a collection of records. When I arrived at the pick up, the staff had given these records to another person. The *************** at the location knew exactly which person was given my records, as the other person had purchased another lot of (in my opinion, not as valuable) records. I asked at the site if I could have the other records instead, and the staff said they would not be able to give them to me, as I did not purchase them. Despite knowing who has my items, they refuse to correct their error. Despite me raising the concern that I believed the other buyer intentionally got the incorrect lot, they refuse to investigate further and are writing this off as an accident. What is the point of an auction when other people can claim your lot because they got to the location first?

I believe that the team have processed a full refund for the items to you?
