      I bought a built-in ** **** fridge from TA Appliances in Brantford in May and purchase a 3-year store warranty. When we hired installers they let us know that one of legs was broken, so they could not level and install the fridge. I have been trying to get in touch with TA ever since then, calling once or twice a week every week to follow up, as well as occasionally by email. The sales associate always assures me that Customer Service will be in touch shortly to have the fridge fixed. Week after week after week has passed and no one has contacted me. I just want to get the fridge fixed and TA has yet to even send a service company over to begin repairing the fridge. In the meantime, it is an extremely top heavy appliance that is not designed to be used when unfixed to cabinetry. * **** *** ******** *** **** ** *** ***** ** *** ****** ******* ********* ******* ******** *** ** ** ********** I am extremely tired of calling the store and getting no resolution.       There was a miscommunication between the sales rep and the customer service agent working on the file. Customer should be contacted shortly by the service tech to arrange a service appointment. We do apologize for the continued delay in getting this resolved.

      Hi, I am writing thus review about Sam at the Brantford Store. After searching days for a fridge that would fit my trailer, Sam was the only one that followed up and put so much effort in trying to help. Very friendly and understanding. Fortunately, I found one close to me that had all all the right measurements....quickly bought it and let Sam know! Even happy for me! Sam made my day! Thank you.

      We purchased a $17K ******** BBQ/Grill from TA about a month ago. Between Laura D at TA and Jeff at ******* Distributing in Cambridge (who is TA’s supplier) there was a pretty good effort at sales. But from delivery to design the extremely expensive unit has been a dud!! There were issues with a doors, balance and water pooling in the elements. Jeff from ******* has been here twice. And it’s still not right.
      We told both Laura and Jeff we don’t use a cover for a BBQ. But now the only solution for the water pooling seems to be-use a cover. ** ****** ** ** **** *** *** *** **** *** ** ** ******* ************ ** ********* *** ******** **** ** **** ********* **** **** **** *** ******** ** *** **** ******

      We do apologize for the experience. We do need to note it is highly recommend for all BBQ's to use a cover to protect against possible damage (Both cosmetic and functional) from the elements including sun, hail, rain and snow. This is standard across the BBQ industry and it is also listed in the manual as well as in the email sent by the sales rep to the customer. The ****** rep was kind enough to offer a free cover to this customer which was refused. The doors have been looked at multiple times and issue was resolved. We would highly recommend the customer use a cover to protect their BBQ.

      ***** **** **** TA appliances Brantford. Bought new in box ***** **** 1300.00 to find damaged casting as well as dent in sheet metal on bottom only to be told its not their problem. I'll have to deal with manufacturing. I'm expecting good quality not damaged and a return on it with new undamaged product straight from where it was purchased not anything else. ***** ** ******** **** * ******* **** tells you once it leaves store its not their problem . Terrible customer service and ill take my business elsewhere

      I'm eager to share my experience with a recent appliance purchase, and unfortunately, it's been very disappointing and a lot of stress with having to move contractors to others days cause of delays . Despite encountering severe delivery issues and significant delays, I was surprised that no one from the company reached out to address these concerns after I have emailed twice. Additionally, I had to personally pick up my order twice due to it not being available when promised. To add to the frustration, there was no compensation offered for the inconvenience. Overall, I'm disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution regarding these delivery challenges.

      Last Sunday my husband and I purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer from Dave G. who arranged for delivery the following Tuesday afternoon. We are extremely pleased with the high level of service we received. The new machines have many upgrades and are functioning very well. Many thanks to Dave for his excellent service and support.

      We were buying a large chest freezer. Worst experience of our lives. ***** *** **** *** *** **** *******. So first of all, the chest freezer we wanted and actually ordered online, wasn't even available. They offered the next largest one and sales rep Brad W. specifically said he would waive $100 delivery fee as there is literally no one at the TA appliance in brantford to help load. I mean, what furniture store doesn't have ppl to help load your purchase. ******* ******** Then he has back pedaled since then saying he never said he would waive $100 delivery fee. Could never say when freezer would be available for pickup. Then says he will pickup in kitchener and bring to brsntford store. **** ******* **** *** *** **** ****** ****** ** *** *** ******* We have tried getting a refund for the full freezer amount basically since day 1. And almost a week later there's been zero resolution! ********** WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!       On June 22/23, we realized our 4 year old ** refrigerator was not working as we found all our frozen food products completely thawed. We contacted TA Appliances from whom we purchased the refrigerator and 5-year warranty and was told yes, the repair is covered under our 5-year warranty and that they will call back with the info for the repair. TA also advised us NOT to call any service company to repair as it would nullify our warranty. TA NEVER CALLED BACK AS PROMISED. After waiting for the call back, we called numerous times but would only get voice mail advising us to leave a message but no response. My wife eventually went down to TA and was told by their warranty department that the person in charge is not available. I decided to called ** and was advised the compressor only is under warranty and advised us to call a company called ******* regarding repairs. This company covers warranty repairs BUT does not answer calls after normal business hours, weekends, holidays and does not leave information for emergency brake downs. After numerous delayed calls, I finally got through to ******* and my repair was finally initiated.
      DUE TO TA APPLIANCES "WARRANTY DEPARTMENT" NEGLIGENCE IN NOT RETURNING OUR CALLS, IT TOOK AN UNNECESSAY 12 DAYS BEFORE THE REPAIR. IN ADDITION, IT COST US OVER $750.00 FOR ICE TO KEEP OUR EVERYDAY NECESSITIES COLD IN 2 SMALL COOLERS, AND TO REPLACE ALL THE "MUST BE REFRIGERATED AFTER OPENING" PRODUCTS IN THE REFRIGERATOR, AND THE COST TO REPLACE FROZEN FOOD PRODUCTS OVER AND ABOVE THE 5-YEAR WARRANTY COVERAGE OF $125.00 COMPENSATION FOR FROZEN FOOD LOSS. With TA Appliances attitude of "we don't give a dam about warranty once we got your money" plus previous bad reviews and with all the competition of other local appliance stores, it certainly does not bode well for TA Appliances future. ** ***** **** *

      Customer contacted TA appliance on a Saturday and the call was submitted right away to ******* ( The extended warranty company) and was advised that they do not work on the weekends or after hours which is standard in the appliance industry. Our staff followed up multiple times with ******* to make sure the issue was taken care of as soon as possible. TA was not negligent and customer was explained the process numerous times. TA did offer the customer a gift basket as we can not offer financial compensation due to the issues but we never heard back from the customer.
