      I was very pleased with the Donaldson staff from David the sales rep to the installation technicians.Saleh and his team were very respectful of my floors and stairs. I was impressed with the solution that they used to install the new lineset. They cleaned up and ensured that I was informed of the new furnace, AC and thermostat operation. The company appears to ensure that their people are focused on customer satisfaction.
      I have noticed that the furnace blower does not provided as much air flow as my old furnace. Not sure why.

      We had a new furnace and A/C installed. Mike came to the house in advance and advised us on what size we needed and the options available. Milton and Mahmoud did the install. They were careful to protect the floors and were were professional throughout the job. Very pleased. A+ rating. Would highly recommend Donaldson.

      Great experience from start to finish. Appreciated receiving messages on when the associates were on their way and who was coming (including a photo). These little things make a difference in customer service. Associates were professional and knowledgeable. Will use them again.

      I chose this company based on the positive reviews/lack of complaints on BBB and the fact I’ve seen their vans all over London. I am so pleased with the plumber who came to my house. Very helpful with the info they communicated and solutions they provided. They were extremely thorough and came the same day I called for service — even though it wasn’t urgent. I was very comfortable having them in my home. They have female plumbers, if you’re someone who would feel more comfortable with that scenario. I will be recommending them to anyone asking about London residential plumbing services. If possible, I’ll specifically request the female plumber I had today. Least stressful residential service experience ever.

      Got a text : technician on the way … no indication that meant 50 minutes away
      Dirt found in bottom of heating duct after service .
      Furnace ( it’s winter ! ) not turned back on
      Disappointed !

      Given our previous positive experiences with using Donaldson for replacing our HVAC system, we decided to go with them again to replace our central humidifier. The process, as was previously, very easy. Scheduling involved a quick turnover with a 2 hour window. Texting was used as a reminder with a picture of the technician. Our service was completed by a friendly and knowledgeable person who left the place clean. Great experience again!

      Prompt, professional and friendly service. I had to replace a furnace in a tenants home and the team at Donaldson’s worked with me for the best options. Very impressed with this company.

      It took a while to find a good HVAC company that looked out for the customer and not just their profit line. No aggressive sales tactics, always fair and professional, and always looking to save the customer time and money. They’ve also always found a way to fit us in on short notice. I don’t trust anyone else but Donaldson for my HVAC needs.
