      Very reasonable pricing, great customer service, thorough and quick installation date! Once furnace installation was complete, the job site was cleaned and nothing was left! Very impressed.

      The team at Donaldson renovated my main bathroom. They did a wonderful job. The crew worked diligently and never wasted a minute. They completed the work and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. They respected the fact I was working from home. It has been a great experience working with this company.

      Devon, Milton and Tanner arrived as expected and installed our new cold climate heat pump in a professional and friendly way. I was surprised to see our Donaldson Sales rep also arrive to check in with the crew and ourselves. I would highly recommend Chris and the team to anyone looking at a new heating system .

      I am so pleased with Donaldson Heating & Air Conditioning. They are very customer focused, extremely knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. I first had them out last year for a furnace issue that they fully resolved, and just recently had them do my A/C maintenance check up. Again they are thorough and knowledgeable, definitely they will be my go to company for any heating or air conditioning needs.

      I can't say enough about the great service from Donaldson. They have installed a tankless water heater for me, a humidifier on my furnace and most recently came to fix my furnace that quit working. The technician ****** was on time, so professional and explained everything to me. I highly recommend Donaldson Hone Services.
