      We were very pleased with Megh’s work in unplugging our two drains. He diagnosed the problem efficiently, replaced the 35 year old pipes, and cleaned up thoroughly . We appreciated the emailed explanation of the work he did along with the receipt . We recommend this company

      I have been a customer for 3 years now and I can tell you that Donaldsons are the best. Not just as HVAC and plumbing specialists but as a business. From top to bottom everyone is well trained, courteous and efficient. My questions and concerns are always dealt with quickly. If only other companies in all businesses were run like this one! Someone put a lot of thought into how to run a successful business and it shows. If you are considering using Donaldsons do not hesitate - I have recommended them to many people and they are all glad I did.

      I have had work done by Donaldson multiple times. The technicians they send are always courteous and helpful. They have installed a new furnace at my residence and as it was cooler months they even included space heaters to get me through until they could install the new furnace. Today I had them in as I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom. They were my first choice as I remembered being told plumbing was being added to the services they offer. From start to finish it is always an amazing experience with their services and product.

      First time using this company. Technician (Jason) professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Answered all questions and took time to explain what was done to service water heater. Very pleased with this Company (Donaldson) from initial contact to completion of service. Would recommend.

      Professional and courteous customer service!! Staff reaches out and completes work in a timely manner. Sets time expectations and cost up front.

      Annual True Care furnace check & air filter replacement provided is very well organized & included at no additional cost after the furnace install. Technicians are knowledgeable, trained, attentive, & well presented. Good value.

      What an amazing company !!! Super friendly , did the job 100% !!! My father had an old Mitsu A/C and heat ductless unit that wasn’t working . They came out and took it all down which was a hard job as one unit was outside and the other inside mounted on a wall. They are very knowledgeable and competent!
      I would highly recommend them to anyone !!

      From the initial contact with Reed who planned and organized, with Chris who carried out the first duct cleaning in years, and with Pat and Keiffer who installed the propane system and furnace, I found Donaldsons to be provide knowledgeable and competent service. It was a huge job which appeared to move seamlessly.
      Also appreciated everyone’s ability to communicate information about the heating system.
