    Stellar service!!!!! I purchased a chair from *************** just shy of two years ago and purchased the platinum insurance package from Zucora at the sametime. I filed two claims with them since that time. The first claim was for a new switch which was dealt with quite quickly...3 or 4 days. The second claim 6 months later required switch. motor and power pack to fix. After patiently waiting for everything to line up I called Zucora direct and dealt with a lovely lady named *****-*** ******* and she fixed a month long problem in 3 hours. She was witty and very professional and got me a new chair credit right away! I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with her and as far as Im concerned she deserves a raise for going above and beyond the call of duty. Good job *****!!!!! 5 STARS!!!!

    The gentleman was efficient and polite. Arrived on time.He also treated our last la purchased chair. We have not had to test out the warranty.

    Zucora is choosing to not honor their warranty commitments by claiming that ******************** failed to properly register the warranty. According to The Bay, this is not correct. A refund was offered and declined. I want them to honor the ***********'s been 2 weeks with out a response from Zucora; The Bay has also tried contacting them and also received no response. It seems they are lying to customers and taking advantage of ****************'s financial situation to avoid dealing with claims.

    This Company is a SCAM!!!! I will be going to the CEO or the President!! they will do/say anything to deny a claim - never had a Supervisor or Manager available to speak with-will be taking this as high as a I can go and will share this info with everyone to NOT purchase from them!! - Sleep Country - Shame on you for selling a policy for this company !!- they will be hearing from me as well - 3k on mattress and deal with this is beyond unprofessional!!ZERO stars should be an option!!!

    This company deserves 0 stars.They are literally like dealing with insurance.I PURCHASED 5 year extended warranty to protect my dining set and they refuse to fix some minor damage to the paint peeling even though accidental is covered.I will NEVER purchase their warranty again And I have advised everyone I know to stay away and will continue to do so. They just want your money!I will be reporting this company indefinitely, to prevent others from being scammed by this atrocious company.

    Keep on draging me for just repairing my sofa since more than 8 months...poor customer service.. only say we apologize and cant do anything ... they should have replaced my sofa if they donot have part.. and the part took months and months to reach ...

    We purchased a piece of furniture and bought a warranty for it which was from Zucora, however when it came time to need it we encountered continuous delays starting last fall. We have been sent the same e-mails saying they are working on it but not even the company we originally bought the furniture from got anywhere with them. They got the same delay tactics. I would say anyone purchasing a warranty from Zucora is making a huge mistake as you will probably have to replace the furniture before they honour the warranty. Also, any company selling their warranty is borderline deceiving the customer as I believe they are aware of the problems accessing warranty from them.

    ZucoraHome **** * ****************** We requested continuously from one+half years to resolve this issue but we couldn’t received any response from your side.
    You put us on long waiting to fix this issue that is not reasonable, “service delays means service denied”
    We already paid you full amount and expect full service as you looks a reputed company.
    Even after several visited of your representatives, no one provided us proper service on time. That showed the weakest customer care service.
    We think your company needs to improve customer care values upto Canadian culture.
    Hope you understand the situation & provide better solution for the sake of your company’s goodwill.
