    We purchased warranty for our furniture at ****** which is through Zucora. We can't even get a response back from them now that we need to use it. I think this company might be * **** and judging by some of the other reviews, I'm not the only one who thinks so.
    I'm very disappointed by the money we wasted on warranty and now having to buy a new table because Zucora won't even respond to us.

    Has been nothing but a hassle. Spoke with how many different people and they all tell different stories to cover each other up. Definitely not buying any product from ****** let alone the warranty because this company ends up being the ones looking after the warranty!
