    Highly Suggest before purchasing ANY FURNITURE from a furniture place check to see if Zocora is their Insurance company and if so RUN. They just want your money and then ignore you or use some excuse not to insure your item. Each time you talk to them their excuses change, they are RUDE and Should not be in business. After reading this message Zorcora, please don't comment about how sorry you are because you are not, just take the insurance money and run should be your moto. PS had to give a 1 star because they have nothing lower.

    This was a very seamless experience. Online booking, reminders, including the name of the service provider, and on time arrival. Procedure was done properly, and technician was friendly and helpful.

    I have been waiting to get my couch repaired for months now. I spend quite a bit on it. I'm in contact with the repair company. It took them along time for them to come to look at it, now I'm waiting again for Secora to approve the repair that's what the repair company told me. Someone is not being totally honest, or not doing their job. I just want my couch fixed.
    Needless to say, I'm not happy with the whole process. I will never get another Secora product again.

    I have been waiting nearly 11 months to have the recliner on my sectional repaired. There has been over 7 promises broken of email/ phone calls of parts are in, to waiting on parts. Technician will contact you in next 3-4 business days to be out to repair.
    This company Zucora is the WORSE warranty dealing I have ever had in my entire life.
    An absolute joke and waste of money.
    So regret accepting the warranty offer to buy through **********.
    Completely utterly dissatisfied !!!!!

    The person who came to treat our couch and love seat was quick and efficient. He told us to let the furniture sit for 3 hours to dry, we were very pleased with the service.
