  Horrible experience, very low quality items. These people have no quality control check at all. They are not inspecting items prior shipping. When they sent replacement part, the replacement part was defective again. Even when sending email, they not checking what they wrote. For instance in one of the email the representative wrote " you either can have $15 compensation..." but there was no other option in the Email. But honestly respond quickly through email but looks like you chatting with robots not humans... As they never going to answer your points. My intention of buy was helping smaller business instead of buying from bigger franchises... But unfortunately not a good experience.

  It's a sturdy little love seat. The back rest and back rest cushions, are uncomfortable. You can feel the metal tubing against your back through the thin cushions. Wouldn't buy again. Not worth the money spent

  I purchased outdoor furniture covers and after two months use material tore and customer service told me to buy new ones. Very poor customer service.

  Purchased 2-carport/garages in April.
  We did not set them up until now getting ready for our fall storage.
  Frames are fine but we were sent the wrong size covers.
  4’ too short on the sides and 2’ to long at the end.
  After many phone calls to customer service (because no one picks up the phone then you are disconnected) we finally spoke to someone and they said to email pictures and our info which we did.
  They replied we are sorry but it is past the 90 day manufacturer’s warranty.
  I explained it wasn’t a warranty issue but we were sent the wrong size cover.
  They still replied it was past the warranty time and there system could not refund or replace under this circumstance.
  This was their error in shipping the wrong size cover!
  I tried contacting ******** which is the manufacturer and it’s Aosom!
  Same phone number address etc.
  **** ******* ** **** * ***** ***** ****** ***** **** ****** ** ***.
  We are seniors on a fixed budget and this is very disheartening at best.

  I have dealt with Aosom many times and every time I’ve had a problem they have responded in a reasonable time and offered suitable solutions to resolve the matter. Some times parts took a little longer than I had hoped to arrive, but they offered me other options when I complained.

  Horrible customer service. Waited one month for delivery after purchasing an electric bike for my toddler for Christmas. Second time turning it on in the summer and it will not start. Contacted customer service and replied there is nothing they can do. Asked for information on repair options and their response was that there was nothing else they could do. Buyer Beware.

  Aosom have awful customer service after sales. I ordered an awning that came with incorrectly sized splice sleeves for the exterior rafters. I explained the issue, send photos, and cautioned them about assuring the correctly sized parts were provided for replacement. Two weeks later, they send the wrong sized parts again. ***** *** **** ******

  So bad.
  I really wish I had read ****** reviews instead of the *** ********* **** **** on the website before purchasing a 12v ride on tractor for my son's birthday. It broke within 82 days of use (5 of which were outside). Since I had purchased the tractor over 90days, I was informed that their system locks them out and there is nothing they can do to fix it. I was told to have it fixed locally... like a kid car repair station is just around the block.
