      What a horrible experience we just had…
      What a horrible experience we just had with Aosom, we ordered a large sitting chair for our pool area, spent $875.83. We just moved into our new house and tried to put the chair together and hardware is missing from sealed boxes. Sent an email to the company see the reply below, we were going to order more items from this company and will not be doing that, I guess should looked the reviews online before ordering. What horrible experience, we cant put the chair together with the hardware. ***** ** **** **** ** *** *****

      Thank you for contacting us. We have 90 days manufacturer warranty. Sorry that your order is out of the time frame. We cannot assist you with replacement parts any further.
      You may buy them in a local hardware store.

      I purchased a rack and weight bench. Ad had the rack and bench in the picture. The ad stated as such and I quote """ Soozier 2-Piece Pair Steel Height and Base Adjustable Barbell Squat Rack and Bench Press""
      Guess what didn't come with the purchase. The bench. Here is their response in email. FYI, the ad is still up.
      Here is their email back after I asked where the bench was.
      """Good Morning
      Thank you for your response
      We are sorry there is an error in the title and the bench is not included""".
      If it was done in error why is the ad still up.

      In early march I ordered some furniture from them. I waited almost 3 weeks with no update, email or anything sent out regarding my order. I contacted them last week regarding the order and they claimed to have shipped it out but when they showed pictures of shipping, nothing matched the correct shipping i had on the order or outside. I was shocked how sloppily they had handled this. Then customer service rep named Ada offered me a refund or some sort of reconciliation. When I replied for this to be done another agent took over and started backtracking saying they were not liable for my order. I just had my hard earned money and time wasted ** * *** ********* **** ** ** ******** *******. Now they took my money and try to run away, neglecting all my attempts to contact them. ****** *** ********* ********* **** ***** ** ******* * **** ***** ******* ** ****** ** * *** ****** ********** ** ** **** ** ******* ** **** ****** ********** ****** ******

      Awful product and customer service
      Product falling apart literally after 5 months
      I bought an armchair I was going to buy more but I’m very glad I didn’t **** *******
      I contacted them in January about something having shifted in the piece and they told me to return in the original box and pay for the return they ended up giving me a 60 refund
      When I contacted them about the arm separating from the chair it has been over 90 days so they can’t help
      I purchased a chair so the issues appeared over time which is to be expected but I can’t get help over an arm separating after 90 days ** ** ******** ****

      This company is based in China but has distribution centers globally. They don't allow free returns and are not consumer friendly. I had a terrible experience with a bike trailer purchased from them. The ad said it would fit almost any bike but didn't fit mine. I had to pay for the return.

      I bought a greenhouse of Outsunny 15'x10'x7' Walk-in Tunnel Greenhouse Garden Warm House White one year ago from them, but it totally were destroyed by the first winter snow.
      I contact with them about the issue and their answer is very funny "this item is not meant to be left up in winter,"

      We purchased a 4 piece Lounge Sets with a Canopy, as we wished to have shading under direct sunlight and installed it on July 12th 2022.
      The installation instructions of the two gas springs that position the canopy are incomplete, and I had to fiddle with the spacers in order to stop the canopy tubes from severely chafing the rattan as the canopy was rotated. It is very poorly designed.
      Unfortunately just around the 30 day “ No Questions Asked Return Policy” we noticed that the fabric had severely faded. No longer was the product a nice Dark Blue colour as advertised, but was now a very faded mauve! Sunlight does fade things, however 30 days is an extremely short time! Other outdoor furniture we purchased in 2019 came with a 5 year warranty against fading, and none is apparent. In addition, we found that when the canopy is lowered, the lowest bar in the frame of the canopy frame pushes a occupants head uncomfortably forward, when this person is resting against the supplied cushions.
      Despite being within the 30 day period, Aosom would provide us only with a 20% approximate refund - they refused to take the product back because we had not stowed the cushions when it rained, as directed. This to me is like a car manufacturer refusing to warranty a transmission repair because the owner did not change the engine oil, as required.
      I then requested the issue be escalated to a manager. A manager did finally respond after some follow up, and this person confirmed that a refund was all they were willing to do as a "gesture of good will". Despite being to told that I would receive this money in "5 business days" September 30th, I am still waiting for it.

      Bought an outdoor basketball net from them in April, about 400$. By August, the netting had disintegrated and fallen off, actually just turned into powder. Also, the rings that the netting attached to had already rusted and began breaking off. Customer service was useless, saying it was beyond the 90 day warranty, so too bad.

      We had good luck with a few items ordered from Aosom, as such, we hadn't looked into reviews or problems with the company. We especially liked that they were located in Ontario. Unfortunately, our experience has changed. We received a damaged rolling filing cabinet (dented on the side with part of it protruding). I have emailed their customer service, as per the instructions provided by the company, 4 times since July, called with no human contact, and reached out on social media. None of these attempts have lead to any contact or action. We want a replacement product sent or our money refunded and have been contacting them for a month now. This is a terrible way to operate.

      I purchased a filing cabinet and to my regret, the drawers open half way, cannot retrieved my documents without moving files around and taking them out. I left a voice mail but no answer yet. How can a filing cabinet help me if I cannot put a lot of my files in the drawer I bought one with 2 drawers and same problem I have to put my files at the bottom which defeats the filing process. Not a happy buyer. *** *** should not use Aocom as their sellers Nothing is easy anymore and nothing comes from the store where you order from. * ****
