      The sales rep (Gennaro from Dufflaw) made the process of selecting the appliances as easily and cost-effective as possible. With clear communication, I understood the delivery delays to expect these days and was pleasantly surprised to receive it earlier than expected. The price was competitive and I was happy with the experience. I found what I wanted. The two delivery guys were awesome and made no mistakes. Fast and efficient. I am a repeat customer with other sales reps and had great experiences in the past. Keep up the good work.

      What a useless company! Ordered a new fridge, stove and dishwasher in Sept 2021. The fridge was on backorder so had to wait about 6 months to get it. By the time it was available the dishwasher was given to someone else and now still waiting for the dishwasher that I ordered 10 months ago. The fridge had a couple dents on the front door when delivered and I was offered $100 off for the damage. Went back and forth with their horrible customer service and got them up to $200. Their customer service offers no help whatsoever. All that they are trained to say is "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience" which doesn't help the problem at all. I'm so disappointed because I had heard good things about this company and now feel ashamed that I bought anything from them. *********************************** They just care about taking your money... not customer service

      Bought a brand new washer & dryer, get them home and the washer doesn't work. I know that's not their fault but the customer service is what upsets me. Fill out an online form and wait is what I was told by 3 different people. I picked up these machines instead of ordering from another company because I did not want to WAIT. They should be trying a lot harder to make things right. I offered to drop off the faulty machine and pick up a new one, today, and they said no. I asked them to please help make this right without having to wait and they said no. No urgency, no care, no offers to make me happy or make things right.

      Aaron in Oshawa store was our salesperson and was fantastic. He got us a complete new set of home appliances, paperwork etc. took about 30 minutes and we're done. Thanks very much for an excellent experience.

      Everything was great until CAS received full payment of our order. What a change in attitude and helpfulness after that exchange. From that point on, we were continuously bamboozled from completing the order with our items ready for shipment, we learned that were then used to complete other orders, leaving us with nothing but a longer wait time, thus prolonging our renovations. Some of our order was delivered with the white glove service as requested for the dryer and the side mount ventilation feature. *********************************** they told us afterwards they don't know how to perform this. After several exchanges of emails and calls to straighten this out, we finally canceled the remaining items but they also went ahead and canceled the existing warranty on the appliances we currently have. What a disaster of a place, *************************************************************** ********************************

      Our stock is allocated on a first come, first serve basis, based on your tentative delivery date.

      This is so that we are able to ensure a nice flow of receiving stock from our manufacturer and then delivering to our customers.

      This ensures that your items are not lying in our warehouse for months where potential damage may take place.

      However, I can see that the order was cancelled at your request.

      Please note that to adjust your extended warranty plan, we would need to cancel the whole package to re add it to the correct appliances, which is why it was removed from your order.

      Furthermore, kindly understand that we do not perform side venting, as advised by our customer care team, which is why this was not completed.

      Our records show that your applicable refund was processed on July 14th.

      I purchased a washer at the store last Monday. The driver showed up at my house with a fridge on Friday and since the paperwork and the label on the item marched he told me it was not his problem and left. It is Tuesday, 8 days later and still have no resolution and will be asking for my refund and go somewhere else where they care about customer satisfactio. I have been speaking with their customer service reps and all I am told Is that the warehouse is looking for the washer . You think by know they would have provide me another one at the same price instead of writing this poor review. Oh well!

      The Winnipeg Location gladly took our money for a washing machine on June 27, 2022, that we bought for our son. Our son only has Mondays off, so we scheduled delivery the following Monday, July 4, 2022. Twice the 3rd party delivery company has had to reschedule the delivery for lame excuses. We tried to cancel the order and get our money refunded and were told that only the SALESMAN WHO PLACED THE ORDER CAN CANCEL IT (IT'S A COMPANY POLICY), The Salesman happens to be off right now. What kind of retail company can have a policy that refunds can only be issued by the Salesperson who placed the order? Heaven forbid the Salesman gets sick, dies or quits! In this instance do we never get our refund? Still waiting...

      Canadian Appliance Source's response to this was to ask what my order was to address my situation directly. My concerns are about Company Policies, which Affect Everyone. My advice is to shop with a reputable company.

      TERRIBLE experience that left me in tears! Everybody was eager to get a sale, but following that, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP!!! The delivery guy that they outsourced came with an attitude and kept mouthing off to me the whole time. I am not easily bullied, but this guy shocked me with his ********! I just wanted him out of my house, so I did not even have time to properly inspect the appliances, as he "did not have the whole day". I purchased washer and dryer - over $3k in cost. It turned out the the dryer came with a bent drum (which was hitting something when turning and was making a very loud noise) and CAS refused to replace it. *************************************************************** * This was one of the worst purchasing experiences for me.

      meh. Ordering was easy and finding product was easy. The sourcing and ordering process is good. It's the delivery and product I am not viewing as great. The delivery guys unboxed the range outside and brought it up stairs and into the home and they did not take extra care fo avoid a scratch on the black stove (black reveals the smallest of scratches). After they left and I had a chance to clean the stove I noticed 2 scratches. One on the glass cooktop and one on the back stop neart it. Both will bug me always when I look at them. Whether they were caused by the unboxing outside or whether they shipped me a demo version I don't know, but I paid for a brand new appliance. Also, the operating manual must have been missed in the box so I had to go online and print it (my ink and my paper). So.....meh.
