      The issue is with the after care department...once you buy and item even if it's defective and you tell them immediately (within 48 hours as noted on there website) they send you straight to warranty..most stores allow for 30 days for exchanges! Luckily my husband can fix anything!

      Only received 3 of the 4 appliances I ordered with no explanation why. When I called to find out I was told it's "under investigation" what ever that means. Customer service agent was no help and didn't listen to a word I said. We are moving long distance and needed ALL my appliances by Aug.8th. Website says delivery will be Sept.

      My salesperson was a polite person and even though was hard at times to reach him was accommodating to my needs. I didn't get discount, and was charged for delivery and haul away even though he said it would be free which wasn't. I got my range delivered on 16th of July, 2022 with no problem with the delivery and with the people who delivered it. They were good and professional but I had to refuse the fridge because it was damaged. I got the fridge delivered on the 23rd of July, 2022 by a different crew. The two delivery persons damaged my property, but my claim was rejected. I have signed the paper because I was rushed to signed it, had no time to examine the hallway and door. The people who delivered the fridge didn't listen to me and were impatient *********************. They ******************** were annoyed about the stairs.************************************************************ This is a practice with this company to rush people to sign the paper so they can avoid damage responsibility. It is a disgusting practice.

      I purchase a washer/dryer set. I did request to take my old one when I bought the new one. The salesman told me that it wasn't an issue. I also asked for the installation service. The day they delivered (at 10 am), they brought down to the street my old appliance and got the new one to my place. The delivery guys proceed with the installation. They didn't have any tools. They used mine. Upon leaving, they told me another truck was following them to pick up the old appliance left on the city's sidewalk in front of my building. This is illegal. Over 6 hours after, 4 pm, I called customer service, and they told me someone was on the way... The day after appliances were still on the sidewalk, I had all the co-owner of my building on my back. I think I called customer service five times and always had the same answer. Even worst, at one point, they said someone would pick them up the following week!!! And now, I need to pay a "real" installer because the washer and dryer are not leveled, and water is dripping from the wall. I did ask to be a refund of the delivery fee since the service they said they had wasn't performed, but they refused WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

      You must be aware that this company has decent prices. What you don't know is that they only deliver your appliances. They do not touch dishwashers - not remove or instal or unpack from cardboard.l. They do not install door handles or level applances. Getting service is a nightmare.

      However, as mentioned on our website, our delivery team would only be responsible for the installation of washers and electric dryers, should the service be requested.

      CAS does not offer installation for other appliances, but will recommend a third party for installation, should this be requested- please note that this would be a paid service.

      In regards to unpacking the appliance, please be advised that our delivery team will only unbox major appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers and ranges).

      Smaller items will be left in the box.

      Melvin was very good to deal with and helped me with my order swiftly. Though the floor manager was not that great to deal with ( I don't recollect his name though ). However I wish the delivery guys were super cautious while doing delivery, they were absolutely 100% surely had made a scratch my newly installed flooring if I wouldn't had placed a scratch proof carpet on the floor. Super annoyed with delivery experience

      I have been trying to contact Rajan M. regarding delivery for my elderly parents appliances. He has not contacted me back. I was told all appliances would be ready by end of June and that August delivery would be perfect to receive everything. When I called the customer service line after not being able to get hold of Rajan, they told me three appliances are on back order. This is misrepresentation to the customer for the purposes of making a sale. *************************************************************** **************************************

      This place is absolutely awful - they sold me a washer/dryer unit that was totally inappropriate for my needs then made it very difficult and expensive to return it immediately - despite being unused and uninstalled.

      As context, I am an elderly woman with mobility issues - I use a walker and can't stand up straight. I live alone.

      The sales process was the only thing that went smoothly. My sales person, Aman S., was very responsive. He answered all questions immediately. I trusted him to help me find a suitable washer and dryer based on my measurements, needs, and disabilities.

      When the W/D arrived, they were WAY too big for my needs and my space. They were could barely squeeze into my laundry area and were ill-suited to my tiny loads. They were so big that I couldn't reach the dryer (stacked on top of washer) without a step-ladder (not a safe option). When I tried to contact Aman about these issues, he "ghosted me". Crickets.

      When I finally tracked down someone to talk to about returning the units, they told me that I had to pay a 25% ($500!!!) restocking fee because the units were unboxed. Well... the unit arrived unboxed, was unused, and had all the stickers attached! This seems completely unreasonable.

      They also threw up as many barriers as possible to make the return a major hassle. For example, they requested a slew of photos of the units including hard to reach serial numbers. These photos required help from friends and family because of my mobility issues. Then, they told me I had to unstack them before being picked up (they were stacked by installation team, which is another costly story). Unstacking these huge machines required paid help to accomplish.

      When I finally bit the bullet, shelled out the money, and cleared all the hurdles, guess what the workers did when they came to pick up the units: stack them immediately!

      It is absolutely clear that this company does not care about their customers. Beware.

      I purchased my appliances in 2021 while building a home and custom built my home with selected appliance dimensions. We paid in full months prior to needing delivery to be scheduled but the company was unable to "hold" my appliances for delivery until 10 days before my move in date (which was May 2022). This means anyone needing immediate delivery between July 2021 and May 2022 would get their appliances before us who had already paid. Now, it's July 2022 and the estimate delivery date for our fridge is November 2022. This is unacceptable. We need our fridge! My only option is to reselect, however the prices of all appliances have increased significantly and we are unable to find something even comparable that is in stock for a similar price. Keep in mind, our whole kitchen was designed with these appliances in mind and we were told at the time of purchase that our appliances would be in stock when we needed them. It is UNETHICAL to be selling products and collecting money on items that you are completely unable to supply. Don't offer products for sale if they are unavailable!!

      Stock is allocated on a first come first serve basis.

      In other words, the stock is allocated according to your tentative delivery date.

      Our Purchasing team would order stock according to the tentative delivery date.

      This way, we are able to ensure a nice flow of receiving stock from our manufacturer and then delivering to our customers.

      This also ensures that your items are not lying in our warehouse for months where potential damage may take place.

      We do regret to hear that there has been some miscommunication regarding how the flow of stock is managed here

      In this cases, we would usually try to accommodate our customers by suggesting alternative models in stock.

      However, as it has been expressed that this is not an option in this situation, we would be more than happy to offer a full refund on the appliance should you be able to source it somewhere else.

      **************** While we were happy with the product, it malfunctioned after a little more than 2 years. We purchased the extended warranty. As I write this, we have been WITHOUT a fridge for 2 months! Contact with the warranty provider as well as the appliance repair to whom the repair was assigned has proved fruitless and frustrating. Promises to return calls, to get back to us with updates have not been fulfilled. The diagnosis said the part was availalbe 45 minutes down the road in Mississauga. Another repair company - the one I usually deal with - said they could have the part before the end of the week. What's the holdup???
      Contact with CAS has proved likewise a waste of time: "our system is down" seems to be a conspicuously frequent response to phone calls. The answer at this point is a simple one: send us a new fridge and take out the broken one! This has been a singularly disappointing experience causing great inconvenience.
