    Debt Helpers have been a God send to me! Very grateful for their assistance to lower the total outstanding debt,securring a debt repaying plan that I am able to afford & still live comfortably every month!
    They check in with me on occasions to see how everything is going & if I need help with credit to buy a car,mortgage,etc.
    Final thought is for people out there having financial difficulty;Don't Waste Time worrying,call Debt Heplers!!!
    They will put your troubled mind at ease!!!

    Debt Helpers has been an amazing relief, they answered all my question and all my calls no matter how many times I called to verify things, the people I owed money to kept calling and emailing and I contacted Debt Helpers and they took care of situation and gave company information they needed to leave me alone I'm very happy and excited it's all over with small payment I can breath again.     They have been extremely helpful with programs and advice to help rebuild my credit and decrease my debt drastically. They offer so much more then just debt counseling, they ease the stress and provide the necessities to rebuild your credit. The advisors/trustees/associates/etc are friendly, professional, happy, understanding, and reliable.

    I contacted DEBTHELPERS via ******** advertisement. A Mellissa N. contacted me and requested information about my financial situation which I did . While doing so as part of intake, I was put on hold during the telephone. Upon her return I was informed I did not qualify for debt reduction, but could repay my debts over a 60 months at 6% which is $1300.00 in equal payments to my creditors..I did not qualify as I was a home owner with equity and creditor would come after me to pay in full. My debt total was $61,000.00. My response was I was already paying about the same to my creditors before contacting this company..I asked if a lower payment of about $300.00.Having arrived at the amount of equity I actually had in my home was incorrect..The last assessment of property was inflated during "sellers market".
    I had just purchased the home 2 years when this assessment was done.
    I asked if I could repay at a lower amount, but she replied I would need to send fees for the service via etransfer July 21.The fees was $1695. Documents were sent and I signed..and sent the funds.
    Over the weekend having spoken to family friend I was advised to see a second opinion on the matter. I wrote to Melissa N. @ Debthelpers informing her by email that I would not use the services as suggested and would like refund .In the body of my email I told her I would be using a different company and the name was attached. Melissa said I was confused in her responses A subsequent phone call I asked if the DEBTHELPERS was qualified in bankruptcy and insolvency matter, to which she replied a resounding "NO".
    I have yet to have a partial or full refund as I have found the services that were best for my situation...

    A manager called Courtney contacted me. However her main concern was to " claim she was the only person who would authorize a refund"... After trying unsuccessful for me to provide more information about my financial situation to which I declined and it was then she proceeded to tell me my file is closed... I have contacted a reputable insolvency and bankruptcy trustee who has provided me the solutions...DEBTHELPERS has ****** my funds.

    I honestly had such an amazing experience dealing with these professionals. They made my stress actually stress less. The whole process was easy as could be I literally provided them with little information about all my debts and they took care of everything else. I am utterly impressed and very affordable debt repay as well. Saved myself an extra $300/month. Thank you Debt Helpers you made my life a whole lot easier
