    I am very happy with the friendly service I have been receiving for my 5 year Consumer Proposal. Everyone involved is extremely knowledgeable about my case and responds to my inquiries within 1 day. No one treats you differently or looks down on you because you owe money to creditors. I want to personally say thank you for walking me through the process. It has been easy to date. I just got to stick to my plan $375 per month and I will walk away from this owing 0 monies.     I saw their advertisement on *********, and I filled out the relevant information, I was in contacted by somebody and asked to call them. When I put in the extension given to me, it went to a different representative who could not help me. The representative then said, let me check if your representative is available, she came back and said he was and then transfer me to someone else’s extension. Then, when I finally got his extension, he was busy. When I asked if I could just speak to someone who is available to get help, they indicated I could not. I was entirely dissatisfied with the customer service, *** * ***** ***** **** ****** **** *** **** ******* *********

    I was so stressed making monthly payments and not putting a dent into what I owed. I made the call and they started the process right away. They were always there calling me and helping with this . Such wonderful people. Now I have a more affordable monthly payment and a lot less stress . I also received help with budgeting my finances . Now I have a new monthly budget that fits my financial needs. Can’t say enough on how wonderful these people are.
