      i was home when the delivery guy came with a heavy parcel. he did not give me time to get to the door. he left a slip to say it can be picked up at their city location. he had this slip already filled out so that tells me he didn,t want to deliver it as it was heavy. i have him on cctv. didn,t bring the parcel to the door only the slip. totally unacceptable. i,m blaming purolator *** ******* ***** ******* *** ****. hire more drivers *** *** ****** ***** ***** ******

      I am a retired and always home. Purolator never delivers and never leaves a slip to say they have been here. I walk an hour round trip to pick up my parcels. ********** ****** *** *** **** ********

      Purolator was selected to deliver ** ********* passport. ** **** ** * *** ** **** **** ********* ** *********** ** *** ******* **** ** *** *** ***** ** ** ******* Delivery was expected to be on 26th May 2025. I was tracking closely so that ** **** wouldn't miss the delivery. It was abruptly changed to "unable to deliver" within 15 minutes from "out for delivery". We have got video footage showing, no one even walked to our door during that time frame.       I was quite pleasantly surprised last two times by delivery to my apartment door by Purolator. They would never deliver but always leave a sticky note We missed you, even if you were home.
      There were times I would refuse to order if they were listed as a delivery company.
      However, this time I am very appreciated for the timely delivery to my door.
      Hopefully they continue this way and there is a hope, as their depot is too far for pick up.

      There driver ************ signed my name and left the package. Why require a signature if you're going to have the driver sign for it and leave it?

      Horrible service for delivery. I ** ******** *** couldn’t get to the door fast enough before driver left. Virtual assistance is horrible. I tried calling to get status of my redelivery request and was on hold for 1 hour 55 minutes before my call was disconnected before I was able to speak with an agent.

      We used the same vendor for 3 packages and 2 arrived before the first delivery that was sent on December 6. Weather delays was the issue. We were told there were 36 trailers to be unloaded and they are doing 6 a night. We went back to the main office in winnipeg to be told that they have over 50 trailers to be unloaded and that we can expect sometime by the end of the month. I advised it was a Christmas gift and I was told oh well blame ****** **** We also had a recent delivery and then received notification that the package was attempted but we were not home. Had to drive down and pick up when it was inconvenient ** ** ******* ** ***** ******* ********** ****** **********. We were home all night and checked our cameras and no delivery. I told the purolator staff that and she said that she hears that a lot *** ***** **** *** ****** ** *** ********** *** ***** *** *****  We had no choice as the vendor used them.

      Purolator is very frustrating to deal with. They have circular automated customer service by phone or online that never actually get you to assistance. They have been dishonest sighting bad weather as the reason for delayed shipments however that message was 2 weeks ago and has not been updated since. The real reason for their delay is due to high volumes because of the ****** **** strike. If they were just honest about it I would understand but since there has not been bad weather across Canada that would cause any delay for the past 2 weeks they are simply just ***** to their customers. Obviously they do not run there business based on integrity. ** **** ****** ** ******* **** *** ***** ******* *** *** ** ******** ***** **** **** *** *******

      **** ****** My parcel was suppose to be delivered dec 10 by the end of the day it was on a bad weather day in london. **** next day ** ****** ****** in london *** the weather wasn't bad. Still saying bad weather. Fri December 13 still waiting the purolator truck came up my road delivered my neighbors parcels not mine it's still on a weather delay no date given. * **** ***** **** *** Today is the 17th of December and I am still waiting.
