      ********** ******** ******** they will take your money but refuse to tell you they don’t ship to your area. ******* ********* ******** ********* ** ******** ****** ****** *** ****** **** ***** ****** **** ** ** *******  They currently will not allow you to pick up your items that they have in their possession stating that they have no access to them. I did not send my packages through ****** ****, I did not pay high shipping fees to have ** **** Christmas presents held ******* by Purolator! If your 3rd party carrier isn’t in operation why are you accepting money only to hold people’s items *******!!! Do the right thing and allow people to pick up their items that we paid YOU to deliver. If you don’t deliver to those areas make arrangements for people who are seeking alternative shipping methods!

      ********* ** ********** **** ***** ***** ***. It's week 4 of the ****** **** strike, and Purolator is still unable to do anything to combat this issue. Their customer service agents *** about everything, and they make you try to use their "Virtual Assistant" rather than actually have you speak to a human. The Virtual Assistance just regurgitates what's already shown in your tracking page.
      Right now there is no way to contact Purolator. Their Chat feature has been deactivated, their customer service line just tells you that they're busy and can't take your call, and they are not responding to email requests. I have a very expensive package being shipped by Purolator (vendor chose shipping company) and I haven't received an update in over 6 days letting me know where my package is. They have started using Weather Delays as an excuse for late deliveries, and there's no way of knowing where you package is located in their system.

      ************ They Picked up my order on Nov 30th -
      Estimated Arrival December 9th . No updates till Today and the update is “ Delayed in Transit Due to a missed connection “
      Tried to call them email them text them no one replies. They are very unprofessional. Waited on the phone for 2 hours for the Customer service agent to pick up the phone and hang up the same moment.       Package was supposed to be here well over a week ago, shipping from Burlington Ontario to Bright Ontario,tracking never left facility and agents keep disconnecting me when I request an update. No feedback, nothing. ** * ***** **** ** **** * ******

      IMPORTANT- MEDICATION DELIVERY!!
      Package delayed by several days. Conversation with manager Aleesha (sp) was frustrating and didn't resolve in resolution.
      Parcel sent on Monday and had all my medications in it. Delay resulting in not having meds to take that I MUST take daily and haven't taken in 3 days now due to Purolators inability to ship on time and being told is due to the sheer volume. When a Customer tells the manager it is regarding IMPORTANT MEDICATIONS that are a late and are a MUST HAVE hearing about sheer volume is unacceptable.
      I am now on day 3 without them *** ** ******* ******* *** **** ******* ** *** ****** ****.
      Letter sent to Purolator.
      While I type this I am on hold again and fear they will not make it on the truck again today. Again this is unacceptable!
      Please contact me asap with resolution and assurity they will arrive today!
      Given the nature of the shipment and the lack of care regarding the contents, please note this will be brought to the attention of the media and a formal public complaint will be filed.
      It is also ******* unacceprable to know the meds went from London to Etobicoke them to Owen Sound ( 1 hr from me!!) resulting in them sitting in a cold truck for days thereby affecting their effacacy.

      As I write this on their ******** "contact us" I receive this......"Hello ********, thank you for reaching out and our apologies for the situation. We have reached out to the depot to request an update on this and unfortunately this is not out for delivery today.
      We do advise you contact the shipper and/or your healthcare provided to make alternate arrangements at this time. Our apologies for any inconvenience the delays have caused. - ****"

      Bad service, you have to wait the whole day waiting for the package, because they don't give you a window for delivery **** ******. And if you missed it the package will go to the main warehouse not the local pick up spot, so will have to wait to 2 days to pick it up from the pick up spot

      Delivery personal always use the same tactic and leave a delivery attempt notice when there is a large package. To avoid handling oversize packages, drivers leave a notice asking you to pickup your shipment at their sort facility. Nothing new... I've done this many times when expecting a shipment from Purolator.
      So a few days ago it happened again, I drove to their sort facility, BUT no one was able to locate the package. I left the facilitry with the promisse someone would take care of that and reschedule a delivery AND nothing has happened since then. Contacted customer service but no willingness to resolve the issue from Purolator's end.

      Thurs. Day we're supposed to delivery my package just 16 at the end of the day I receive another notification telling me it's gonna be the 17. On the 17th, ****** **** ******** *****.
      The driver just knock on the door it's a house The doorbell is on the door frame Like not ninety nine percent of the time on On?
      The door why the ****** driver didn't ring the bell. Now we just left a document saying. I have to pick up my package, but I. T pay for delivery. I call back, they *** assure me. It will be delivery today, the 18th of October. I call back just to be sure. It will and the right hand doesn't do what their left hand it will not be delivery today. It's gonna go to Monday oct 21 ****** *** **** ******* **** *** **** ****** ********
