      A rep posing as **** came to the door and asked me to lock in my monthly rate for the next year. I asked multiple times if this was going to switch my service which they flat out denied. Turns out they were signing me up for their company which I expressly stated I did not want to do. A few days later we get letters about switching services and it would happen within 24 hours. Currently on hold to cancel this garbage (over an hour so far). ******* **** **** * **** *** * ******* ** ******
