My subscription was paid for back in February for 12.74. The tracking information never updated past a certain point so I contacted support and they issued to resend it again as the first time the package was considered lost. I tracked the same package and the same thing the tracking stopped and never updated. I contacted support and filed lost mail report through the post office. The company said they would investigate after I contacted them multiple times. The customer service rep never contacted me back nor did the post office. I placed an order from this site. When I arrived home one evening I checked emails and saw that it was supposed to have been delivered. It was nowhere to be found. Not at my home, my neighbours etc.

Order was placed 11/18, said it was delivered 11/29. As I was out of town, I reached out upon my arrival on 12/4 that it had not been delivered. This prompted multiple back and forth emails asking me to double check my mailbox, and asking me to verify my address, which I did. After verifying my address, I was told it wasn’t matching and had to send proof of address in the form of a piece of mail. I have NEVER been asked to do this and explained this. My address “didn’t match” because I typed LN instead of LANE in the email. At this point I was told they would not issue me a refund or send me a replacement as their 3rd party had “already delivered the items”. Followed the size chart and item was way too small. Website said refund would be issued if asked within 14 days of purchase. I have contacted seller many times with no response. I’m very upset that I was not given the refund like stated on their website, they stated to let them know if I wanted one within that timeframe no questions. And they did not follow through on that. I placed an order during their "Buy one, get two free" sale. I paid with ****** Pay and checked out with my usual billing/shipping address. Somehow, an address that I haven't lived in for over 10 years ended up listed as the shipping address. I did not notice this until the order was shipped. I reached out to the company, explaining the situation and telling them that (in addition to a myriad of other glitches I came across browsing their site) there was a glitch in the system and that I did not have the address that was listed as the shipping address associated with any accounts and I did not fill in the errant address. They responded that there was nothing they could do as it was "user error" I explained time and time again that it was not user error, that there would be no reason why that address would show up other than a glitch on their end and that I would like either a refund or a reshipment. They said the only thing I can do is wait to see if their "courier" would send it back and if they received it, they would send it to the correct address. As I had no way of knowing what the status of the shipment was (they provided a link to track my shipment that was broken), I asked for a tracking number and what courier they were using. They told me **** and it was sent using "standard mail." I reached out to **** who explained that they would have a tracking number as all shipments are shipped via first-class mail which comes with a tracking number and that there was no such thing as "standard mail." Also, without the tracking number, I would not be able to ascertain the location of the shipment. I returned to Knotty and told them what I had found out and they doubled down saying it wasn't first-class, it was "standard." I responded that there was no such thing. I have ordered something off of this website 6 business days ago. The package has not been shipped and when I message the customer support team I only receive a copy and pasted reply and am not given proper help with my problem.
Not only am I upset that it’s taken double the time for the package to be shipped (it still hasn’t been) but I am also upset about the poor customer service that the company has.

I was opening my order, I saw that one of the straps on the bralette was sharply cut almost all the way through. I reached out with pictures and requested a replacement. They responded with a code, stating it doesn’t expire and it’s worth the value of what I paid for the bralette, But when I go to use this code it doesn’t work. So I reach out again, and they say it can’t be combined with any promotions. What? You won’t give me a refund, you won’t send a replacement, and now you give me a credit that doesn’t work if there’s a promotion running. This is absurd, it’s my “money” there shouldn’t be stipulations on how I use it. After arguing back and forth about this, it’s clear they don’t care and will do nothing. All I wanted was the item that I ordered, in tact, but I can’t get it without spending more money.
When I go to their FAQ’s, under “what if I receive a damaged item?” This is what it says:
“ If you have received something other than what you were expecting, please email us within five days of receiving your package. Items cannot be washed and must be in their received condition. If you do contact us after the five-day period, we may not be able to assist you with any concerns regarding your items. All concerns revolving damages or otherwise, must be brought to us while subscriptions are still active.”
A lot of words that say nothing. Basically, if you receive a damaged item, too bad so sad. Give us more money.

I placed an order with them received my order confirmation that had the information that I ordered. Noticed on my bank account I had 2 transactions come out. One for the items I ordered and another one for something I did not order and did not approve the transaction of. I had emailed them right away letting them know and never heard back. Got an email the next day with my shipping confirmation with the extra item on it. Emailed again with no response back. After finally receiving the item I contacted them again and got a response that says because of the nature of the item and it being delivered they can't return or refund me for the product. The product is not in my size so I can't even make use of the item. I had then emailed back sending my proof of order confirmation and my emails were again ignored. Wrote a complaint on a ******** post and finally got another email saying they couldn't refund but would give me a 20% discount on my next order. Well I am clearly not going to be placing another order with them as I have had crappy Customer service from them. Purchased clothing items on Black Friday 2023.
Items were shipped Dec 7 2023. 4-8 business days shipping.
Contacted company on Dec 27 as items not delivered. Company Reissued package and provided store credit on sold out item instead of refund.

I ordered a boxer set from them. I never got an email saying it was shipped (even though they said to expect one) 4 weeks later I still have no boxer set. I contacted customer service and they said I put in my address wrong (which is incorrect, I put my address in just fine) and since I messed it up apparently Im just out that money.
