      Terrible customer service, no propane left , it’s the middle of winter and every time I call no one can tell me why it wasn’t delivered when scheduled and they say they will call me back and they never do.

      ************** This is the second time running out of propane in a year. Our supposed delivery date hasnt even dispatched! Its the middle of a cold snap *** ** ******* ** ****. This is our only way of heating the house. We will be switching over to a heat pump asap and I recommend others do too.

      Absolutely the worst that I have ever dealt with. We had a scheduled delivery set for October that never happened. Now that the temperatures have dropped to -40C my furnace has quit working. I have contacted Superior Propane to get a delivery, because my level of propane has dropped too low because of the cold to be able to operate my furnace. They cannot even tell me when they can schedule a re-fill! The level of customer care is the lowest that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The reason that I had the October delivery scheduled was because my next door neighbour had requested a delivery and we thought that we would piggyback to save Superior an extra delivery. Now, they have not even scheduled us until the end of January for a delivery and the temperatures are forcing us to seek alternative heat sources. I hope that we do not freeze out!Wish us luck!

      The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. They don't answer their customer service line. They don't reply to emails. They refused to install another tank because it was for a backup generator and they "don't utilize their assets like that." They didn't confirm pickup of their tank and have sent zero correspondence. It's difficult to understand how they're still in business.

      ****** ******** *he local Market Manager told our buying group that 86.9 cents a litre is the best price around. All the local competitors have better pricing and I just found out that there are other local customers getting a better price! **** **** Too bad, the fuy who delivers the propane is very nice!

      2 years! We informed Superior Propane customer service in October of 2020 that we would be switching to ***** propane service provider. Their tank was returned to them in November of 2020. Have a signed Superior Propane Work Order confirming receipt of their tank. We have not had this tank for 2 + years! They persist with sending us tank rental invoices. We have been attempting to resolve this situation for an additional 6 months via emails and phone conversations. Superior Propane has now added late fee's for tank rental! Ridiculous.

      Superior is usually good but this is the second time they’ve messed us up. We booked a delivery and it was confirmed, Missed delivery #1. My wife phoned and was able to reschedule for the next day. No big deal. Probably weather related (there’s snow) but no explanation. The next day, no delivery. Missed delivery #2. We received an email notification that the delivery could not be completed “due to restricted access to your propane tank.” No truck was here, so either someone walked down our 100m driveway to check for access. In which case they would have found the overnight snowfall still on and around the tank. I would have cleared this little bit in the AM but I was out of town. It would have clearly been no problem to brush the 3-4 inches of snow off the lid and in the time it took the delivery driver to walk down our driveway and back (if that’s what he did) they could have filled the tank and been done, but if that’s their policy - fair enough. I asked for details about what specifically blocked access but - no response. I was able to reschedule for the following Monday. I came home on the weekend and cleared the entire area so that it would be as easy as mid-summer to turn their truck around on-site. There was no snow on the tank and access all around was clear. We exceeded the access requirements noted on their website to a significant degree. On Monday, no delivery, no call, no notification. Missed delivery #3. I was able to reschedule via email again - now several weeks after the requesting delivery. Again, their note confirmed the new delivery date and said to “Please make sure to have access to the tank cleared.” Once again I have asked for more detail. I cannot imagine what would make access clearer. My wife took pictures of our driveway and tank and sent them to Superior. So far, no reply. We’ll wait another week and see if they show up. We are not dependant on propane for heat but we cannot use our stove or fireplace. Will update.

      Been a customer for 4 years at my home and my rental house too.
      Originally started in as part of a buying group, over 400 customers in my small town.. Set rate.
      Well, then the next year they cancel that and say you don't buy enough.
      Isn't that the idea of a buying group? So dumb.
      Be careful, the fees kill you!
      Natural gas has come now and so called for them to pick up tanks please... "sure! "they said, but it's going to cost you $249!
      What the heck?
      Pay them for their fuel, delivery fees, tank rental fees, geez!
      They get you every way. Read your bill and be aware. ******** ** * ****** ******* **** ** *** **** *******

      We closed our account with Superior Nov 2021. We renewed our tank rental with them Aug 2021. Upon closing the account we were told to expect a refund on the unused portion of the rental. It is now Sept 2022 and I still have no cheque from Superior. I have called, which average wait time is 20 minutes. During my July call I was told to expect a cheque and they would again close the account, at this time they acknowledged that the tank had left the property in Nov of 2021. I called today and was told a manager would contact me tomorrow or Monday (Thanksgiving ??). To top it off they continue to try and bill me for tank rental when we don’t use their services anymore. My fear is this will go on my credit score and I have nothing to do with them. **** **** *** **** *** *** ******** ******* * ***** ********** *** **** ****** ************* * **** **** * *** *** **** ***** *** ** ***** **** *****
