    I ordered a pair of running shoes from this company. I ordered the size I usually wear but when I received the product the shoes did not fit. I have reached out multiple times to address this concern asking where I can return the shoes and how I can obtain even a partial refund (I understand shipping cannot be refunded). Even after multiple attempts to resolve, I keep receiving preset emails indicating that my satisfaction is their primary goal but with no resolution to the issue.

    This company sells on-line and advertises their footwear as far better quality than they actually are. The boots I ordered in Canadian sizing but arrived in European sizing which is not the same and the boots are too large for me. I contacted the company to get my money back and return the boots as they advertise a 100% risk free money back guarantee. After I emailed them twice they informed me they do not give refunds on sale items however all of their items are always "on sale" which then becomes the regular price vs a sale price. The policy of no refunds on sale items is hidden in their web pages and you won't find it unless you know to search for it, which is what I did after being told no refund on sale items. They offered me a free pair of boots but I would have to pay shipping and handling. In follow up I asked to provide information about that case and I have not gotten any information from them on how to do that or how much shipping would be. They are giving me no satisfaction and I have told them I want my money back. Their response to the 6 emails has been that "be rest assured they are looking into it"? Not only is the quality of the boot very poor, it is insulting to profess they are going to satisfy the customer. They have done nothing to resolve this issue. I do not want any more boots from them, I just want my $54.00 back that I paid for boots that are probably only worth a few dollars!.

    I ordered a size 71/2 which is the size I wear.When the boots came,not only did they not fit but the quality was terrible.First I wanted to change them for a size 8 but they advised me that the item was on sale and there were no exchanges.It did not state this anywhere on the order page.After looking more carefully at the boots,I could see that the quality was terrible and decided I wanted a refund.As you can see by my attachments their ad states clearly that their is a money back guarantee.

    I placed an order with this company my order number is ******. 2 pair of boots. I got an email to confirm order then another of shipment on way. Tracking number ***************. Still have not received items. Date of shipment feb 16,2024. I email a bunch of time got nowhere with them. I do have copies of these emails. This is unfair as they took my money and I don't have the product. Please help me.

    I ordered 3 pairs of boots on sale the first pair was Feb 27/24 the second pair March 1/24 and the third pair March 2/24.$49 for first pair and #34.30 for each of the other two.The ones that were sent to me look nothing like the website. I would like to send a side by each pic of what they look like.I want 3 pairs of the boots I was suppose to get or my money back By the way the address they are using says **** Co.     ** *****r ordered two pairs of shoes from this company in January 2024, and to date they have not sent them nor have they refunded her money as requested. They just keep giving the same run around that they are investigating the matter and have never provided updates unless we inquire about the matter first. It is now March 8/24 and still no word or money.
    * **** ******** ************** ******* **** ******* *** ****** ** ** ******** ****** *** would like to find a resolution, preferably a refund at this point as I am not comfortable that they would even send her the shoes that she had initially ordered, and if they did, a return would probably be another fiasco on their part.

    Nature of dispute: Product of very, very cheap quality and company is not providing a refund as advertised. For a winter boot... they would not keep feet warm in any Canadian fall let alone a winter.

    Resolution: No! After numerous attempts - 17+ (emails only as company has no telephone # to speak with a person), the company kept saying they would look into it and we would never hear back... stall tactics and hoping we would just go away. If they're doing this to us, they're doing it to other folks too.
