    The product I received is poorly made. I requested a refund but they would not offer my money back. I advised customer service that the product has a plastic sole verses rubber.     I ordered boots Sep 23, 2023 & still have not received them. I have sent numerous emails asking for information. The reply is they will “ look into the matter & get back to me.” To this day there is no explanation. I have requested a delivery date or a refund to my credit card, but total silence. At this point I just want a refund.

    This is to notify you that I did indeed receive a refund from Best Footwear Canada on Dec 19, 2023. It was for the correct amount of $54.00

    Product did not resemble photo in advertisement
    Tracking showed package stuck in customs, yet company states it is Canadian.
    Advertisment stated in 2 places 100% money back guarentee. Yet when I contacted them after receiving my order they stated that was not valid on sale items. No mention of this on web site.
    Company has asked for patience while they research my claim. No coorespondance since.

    I purchased 3 pairs of quote ‘Orthopedics Shoes’ end quote in size 13. I received the said shoes and not only were they not what was described in the ads, they looked like a child’s flip flops.
    I have been back and forth with them trying to either get a refund or send me the correct sizes.

    A person without a name, has been contacting me and asking if I would like a coupon to buy a pair in my size. I told them I didn’t want another pair of shoes but for them to send me 3 pairs of the sizes I ordered. I haven’t heard from anyone in 3days. I am now being ignored.
    I can send pictures of the so called orthopaedic shoes.

    I ordered Premium Orthopedic Waterproof Boots 2023 Bestseller on sale from them. The shoes that arrived do not match the description. The sole is very thin and totally flat. The upper part is made of very thin and stiff plastic, with a protruding seam inside on the upper part of the shoe, which would make it very uncomfortable to wear. Moreover they are way smaller than the nominal size and very narrow. I attempted to return the shoes, but they refused claiming that they do not issue refunds on sale items. The website claimed easy returns, and there was no mention that sale items are not covered.
