Feb 2 received e-mail order was shipped tracking no. ***************** Feb 14 inquiry tracking # not recognized update and delivery date of purchase. Reply it will be investigated. Feb 21 inquired as to status and requested a refund if unavailable. Reply it will be investigated. Feb 22 no results from an investigation requested cancel order and refund back to my account. I placed an on line order with this company for 2 pairs of orthopedic running shoes on January 21, 2024. I received a confirmation email, and then an email stating that the order was being shipped the same day. They supplied a tracking number; for which shipping carrier I have not been able to locate; and I have not received my order as of today's date February 21, 2024. I have sent 4 different emails to this company, for which I have not received any replies. The order number #****** and it was supposed to be free shipping within Canada. I believe that they should have replied to me at least once to tell me where my order is. I ordered boots on January 15, 2024. Immediately they were charged to my ****. Never received the boots. I emailed the company and eventually they sent an email saying they were shipped and a tracking number. Tracking number was not legitimate. I emailed two more times and each time I got a reply saying they were checking on it. Nothing. I believe it is a ****. My first red flag was boots were on sale for $54. I placed online order, credit charged, never receive confirmation, order #, nor shipping detail. Sent several emails with no response. Filed credit card fraud investigation request. This company sells on-line and advertises their footwear as far better quality than they actually are. The boots I ordered are very cheaply made and not warm or waterproof as advertised. I contacted the company to get my money back and return the boots as the advertise a risk free money back guarantee however in the return policy it states that if the item is on sale they will not refund your money. This is only at the end of the website and has to be looked for. It is not clearly stated in the main ad. All of their footwear is “on sale” so there is no refund available ever. They have offered me a free pair of boots but I would have to pay shipping and handling. I have not gotten any information from them on how to do that and how much shipping would be. They are giving me no satisfaction and I have told them I want my money back. When I submitted my order I was supposed to get a confirmation email which I never got. I do not want any more boots from them, I just want my $54.00 back that I paid for boots worth about $5.00.Initial Complaint

I ordered two pairs of "winter boots" from Best Footwear Canada, #******. I received them yesterday and they are *******. Very poor quality and not at all as advertised. The package indicates it came from Mississauga but the company may be in Hong Kong.
