      I have cancelled my service with bell in July, I called and make sure everything was paid including device since I didn’t want to talk to them anymore , due to the untrained staff and poor customer service. I called them last month to ask because I received a different bill and they said that they will credit some money for me. But yesterday Sept I received another bill, I callled back and someone without any knowledge told me very confused that I have to pay again.

      We bought two phones from bell in April. We've had nothing but problems since we got these phones. It cracks up when talking to people or they can't hear us at all. The only way to have a conversation on these phones is to stand in the doorway of our patio door, imagine what that will be like in a few months when winter sets in. I want to cancel the whole thing *** ** **** ** ******** but they think I'll pay 121.00 a month for the next 22 months!!

      * **** ** *********** *** I am utterly appalled by the pathetic state of your mobile connectivity. The constant dropped calls, abysmal signal strength, and painfully slow data speeds are unacceptable. I’ve wasted countless hours dealing with your ineffective customer support, only to see no improvement. This is beyond frustrating and a complete failure of service.       I signed up for a promotion they had on Cell and Data service across Can/US/Mex, it was an excellent deal only for them to jack up the price on me less than 4 months later, it was a significant increase too, how can that possibly be legal? It was a complete misrepresentation on their price and advertising, I only switched to this plan because of how attractive the price was but it just turned out to be a ********* marketing practice, ***** ** ****

      They increased my bill with no notice. When I called to question it, the worker kept putting me on hold and not listening to the concern I had. He started yelling at me and wouldn't transfer my call to his supervisor. After arguing with him back and forth, I hung up and got another agent. Not so helpful as the first but transferred me to the escalations team. They still can't give me proof that they sent notice my bill would be increased instead they added a credit for the next 2 months and told me where to find the message. After the lady helped me we found out that it's not even showing up on the app. It only shows on the actual website. Loyal customer for 12+ years just to be yelled at and not even get a good credit for helping them figure out their system isn't working properly.

      Worst service ever. They send me a phone of someone elses and they asked me to sent it back. Why would i sent it back by spending money from my pocket. Then they offered me $100 gift card and gift hamper. But I didn’t receive any. Now they are not pocking my call. Worst service ever. ** *** ****** **** ***** ********

      Bell called me with a special promotion yesterday. The deal sounded great so I said yes. Everything went through fine I got a confirmation that the order was processed and I would get confirmation and informed when it shipped by email. I got confirmation today that the phone was sent, I noticed that they sent the wrong phone. When I phoned to correct the problem was told that when they get the wrong phone but from ****** **** then I can phone and see if I can get the same deal that was offered to me, but if they don’t have the phone in stock then nope deal is off. So because they screwed up I lose out on the deal that they offered* *** **** ******* **. Hey way to go on showing how to lose a twenty year customer in 10 minutes!!!!
