      Its been over a month and they still haven’t shipped me my new ice machine since my old one broke and is still on warranty. I call every day to get an update and they cant give me an ETA of the machine or if they even have it in stock. I ask to speak with a manager and they tell me it will get expedited but never get a call. When emailing with the support team it takes 2-3 business days for them to get back to me. Very frustrating when you paid alot of money for a ice machine. I wouldn’t buy a ice machine again from them knowing how they treat there customers.** *** *** **** ****

      Curtis International provides exceptional customer service. Team members are prompt in emailing back in a quick manner. My refrigerator stopped freezing for the freezer component and Curtis International was able to provide a refund to purchase a new Fridge again. Will definitely purchase from them again!

      Bought an "open box" mini fridge, ********** brand, that was missing one adjustable foot, likely misplaced by the first buyer who opened the unit. Curtis Parts Team sent out a replacement within a couple of weeks of initial contact. Very satisfied with the response.

      * **** ********* ******** ***** **** **** ** ** contact ********** once I got a response from them they told me to contact Curtis international what a run around I have been emailing this place for over a month everyday them asking for number and so on, then send them the numbers, then they ask for other things like pictures you send the pictures that isn't good enough take the picture this way then you send them and they tell you no you gotta take the pictures front the corner. I have about 120 emails **** of one big loop I have been gojng around, it's been since December 1st that I been trying to return this unit and get a new one, the ice maker I bought don't work after only a couple hours of using it with plastic pieces in the water after using it the first time. They asked me to cut the cord and cut the stickwrs off the ice maker I cut them all up put them in my hand and sent pics then they asked me to scratch all the numbers off I did that 5hen they ask me to cut the cord I did that then they said they would replace it, then they wrote back and told me to cut the cord shorter closer to the ice maker *** *** **** *** **** ***** I don't have time for this give me my money or ice maker

      Very prompt response to the issues I was encountering with my new appliance. Refund was issued right away after confirming details and sorting issues. Highly recommend. Their warranty program is commendable.

      I had to return my ice maker, and they were very prompt in responding to me as well as sending me another new one. Always quick response.

      I had an ice maker under warranty and went through this company to have it replaced. They initially wanted me to send our unit back at my expense, and I refused because the ship cost would have been extremely out of budget due to the weight of the package. They had me destroy the unit instead with the assurance I would either receive a replacement unit or a check to replace it. They ultimately decided to send me a check - but the money I was provided with was not enough to replace the exact same unit at the exact same retail outlet we bought it. I bought the unit under a pricing error by the store, $97 instead of $197. Their customer service honored the price drop due to a store issue. Curtis Customer Service, however, did not honor an equal replacement as promised. I'm very dissatisfied with the service and the delivery time for a resolution extended beyond the window initially promised. I had to buy a new ice maker out of my own pocket because their service resolution was taking too long, and the money provided was less than the expectation.
