      Purchased RCA TV in November. Stopped working in june 2022. Today in 8/01/2022 still nothing. No manager to speak with. I sent pictures of SN and model number off of maker and cord cut as told by them. Always say we will notify you in as couple days. first cord was nor cut at the source. Then black mark on sticker serial number and model. Not enough so 2 weeks later after mutiples email and a same standard answer without explanation asking the same. Final they ask to cut the cord at the source and remove scratch the sticker. We did that and guess what not they want a copy of the scratch remove sticker. it was never said or asked previously. They do everything to delay.       My story is just like most of the others. I have contacted them about the warranty on my icemaker, and here it is about 60 days later, and I still have no response. I can tell they are trying to wait until the warranty lapses. That's fine, because I purchase the extended warranty. And whenever I contact ******** to see what they decide to do with this icemaker, I will be sure to tell them that Curtis international refused to honor their portion of the warranty. Hopefully if we make enough noise, we can convince companies like ********** to quit using these types of companies.

      I purchased a set it Sylvania TVs for a vehicle in May, I currently just received them in July. This company is a joke to work with on doing an exchange because of a broken item. They are horrible on contacting or keeping you posted on the process. I have over 60 emails back and forth from this company . They asked for certain pictures of the product which I sent over and over each time it was a different person I was being in contact with. I will never purchase a Sylvania product ever again. Also good luck trying to get someone on the phone you get nobody!

      The worst customer service ever. I sent in all the required pictures and info for my broken TV that is still under warranty that was purchased in Jan 2022. I have called 6 times and left messages, emailed every day and nothing. Every time I call they say there are no agents available and there are high call volumes..at 8:00 am?
