      We bought a stand up freezer and the bottom drawer would not freeze food. We contacted Curtis International Ltd and experienced superb customer service which is rare now aday. We were quick to receive a response every time we emailed Curtis. Our freezer was still under warranty and it took just a little over a month for us to receive the refund check. Although the tax we paid was not refunded (not sure why) but we are still very happy and grateful. A big Thank You to all the customer service representatives who had assisted us with the process! Thank you so much!!

      ******** ******** ******** *** *** ***** **** ********* I’ve been trying to get some technical support for 2 days and all I can get is “a ticket put in for a call back”!! Customer service has no service to give!!

      We bought a ********** 44 pound icemaker from **** *** in May of this year 2024. In December we noticed shards of plastic among the ice in the basket of the icemaker. We contacted **** *** and the store refused to honor the one year warranty on the appliance. They insisted we contact the manufacturer Curtis International. I sent pictures to Curtis International of the plastic shards in the basket of the ice maker and all other requested information about the icemaker and asked for my money back along with an apology from the company for putting out a faulty and dangerous icemaker. So far all we have heard back from the company is the sound of crickets...........****** ** **** ***** ***** *** ** *** ***** **** **** *** ** ****** ************* ************ both companies lack *** ********* ** stand behind their products.

      Customer service was great! Replied quickly to my emails with no problems. I emailed support on 10/29/24. I sent what they asked for and my refund check came 12/20/24.

      Customer service was exceptional. Even though my warranty had expired (by 4 years) they were very accommodating in directing me to the service department in my area. Extremely pleasant to consult with and apologetic that they were unable to cover my unit under warranty.

      ******** company they will not send you a warranty replacement! It’s been 4 months. ****** *** **** ** *** ****** *** ******. Stuck in accounts payable. They are *********** and repeat themselves and will not send a replacement unit or check. ***** *******

      I had to utilize the warranty for my countertop ice maker and Curtis International was helpful and prompt in their communication. I ultimately received a new ice maker, which makes me a happy customer!

      ** ******* ****** ** ** ice maker for Christmas last year and in august it started making very loud noises and I contacted them followed their instructions to destroy the machine and here it is now Nov and I yet to get a replacement or refund. They just keep giving me vague answers and clai. It's been approved and in the accounts payable depth. * ** **** **** ******* **** their lack of customer service for item that costs so much money.
