      Absolutely horrible service!!!!! I bought a tv last year, about 7 months into having the tv the screen stoped showing anything After many emails, calls and about 5 months I finally got a refund I bought another tv not even 2 months into having the tv there is a line though the screen all the time, the store will not take it back as it's been over 30 days I have now sent 4 emails in the past 2 months and have yet to receive even 1 reply

      Horrible customer service, going on 30 days of nonsense! The "manager" never calls, over 20 messages back and forth of beating around the bush. They wanted me to pay the shipping to ship back broken item that would cost $40 to ship. Always an excuse or run around. Terrible business model to ignore consumers and give them items that break in less than a year. ** *** ********* ** **** **** **** ***** *** ***** *** ***** ********** **** **** *******. We specifically bought an igloo ice maker... don't do it!

      I received an ice maker for my birthday. It had an mfg date of 08/2021. It stopped working in July 2022. I have done all they have asked, submitted pictures and even boxed up the item and returned, AT MY EXPENSE (100.00 to ship to Cali). Then I get an email that they have closed my case!! I replied that the issues has NOT been resolved and if they can confirm that they received the ice maker (which was shipped to a warehouse) and to confirm receipt of my email indicating NOT TO CLOSE MY CASE!! I have sent a second follow up email, asking the same and nothing. I've attempted to call, "no one is available to take your call, please call back later". Tried from a different phone and I'm placed on hold, forever. This is BY FAR the WORSE customer service I have EVER received.

      This company never responds back when they say they will. I purchased a 58" TV and within a month or 2 I noticed horizontal lines through the TV. I was finally able to open up a claim ticket and followed all of the instructions. The response I get everytime I call (and wait on hold for 30 minutes every time) is, we will contact you in 3-5 business days. I never hear back. Ive even waited 10 days or more before finally deciding to reach back out. They eventually approved my claim, after having me damage the TV out. I cut the cord, removed all the stickers and wrote the ticket number on the screen of the TV in permanent marker as requested. I waited to find out what the next step in the process was but never heard back. I finally got through on the phone and they basically were trying to find more things for me to do that made no sense in an attempt to buy more time and drag out the process. They asked me to take a picture of the stickers I removed from the back of the TV. This made absolutely no sense because in the instructions it clearly states remove the stickers or scratch the stickers off of the TV or use a permanent marker to mark out the serial number. So I scratched the stickers off the back of the TV. Why would you ask for a picture of the stickers if you knew they were going to to be in little pieces or damaged beyond recognition? I told the person on the phone that I've been very patient and how irritated I was starting to get because they keep giving me the run around and finding more irrelevant things for me to do after I already damaged the TV out and my claim was already approved. I explained that I was just wanting to get an update and find out how long it would be before my replacement TV came in. Of course they didn't have an answer and told me to wait 3-5 business days for a response. They obviously haven't responded and everytime I call I wait on hold for 30 mins before finally getting through. Today I finally made it through and they hung up.

      Case # ****** . Unit was bought online from ******** I sent email receipt from *** this is all I have from the purchase. It is not good enough for the claim rep Ashton. Going on 2 weeks with email responses back and forth. Products are junk and will not stand behind warranty. ***** **** **** **** ******* * ****** ***** ** **** **** *****

      I purchased an 40" RCA (non smart) tv with 3 HDMI ports. It's been over a year so the warranty is off. I hooked it up to an ***** ** 4K and sometime the cec communication doesn't work on the TV. I tried many devices and each one does the same thing so its not the ***, ***, ********** or ***** **. I contact Curtis International support and sent many emails back and forth with them knowing full well that it was off warranty. The TV works perfectly except for the sometimes CEC communication. They gave simple suggestions to try and change setting and when that didn't work they refused to response to my emails for over a week, Then they wanted a receipt that was over a year old. Now they wont even answer questions saying that they cant talk to me unless i provided them a receipt that is well over a year old. I kept asking if their was a firmware update on the TV and they refuse to answer. What kind of a comply refused to answer a question. I always thought questions are free. This customer service is so sub-standard, i will NEVER buy another RCA tv again.

      ** * ***** **** **** **** * ***** * ********** **** *** This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in Canada. I purchased a Frigidaire Fryer Oven through ******* online on Jan 2022. The unit stopped working in Jun 2022. I contacted Frigidaire CA and they told me this is made by their "mfg partner" Curtis Int. So I contacted them by email...no response. I then called them and I have been asked to provided all requested doc which I submitted everything on the same date...then no response for a week. I called them multiple times and left the voice msg, no one get back to me as expected. After more than 3 wks. I finally received an email that asked me to send the unit the following address: Curtis International ********* **** *** ******* ** *** *** Attn: Consumer Warranty Returns Then you find out the physical address is not even existed after you spent $80 on the courier. WOW is it a joke or they like to play their customer? totally ridiculous!! Here is what I have done 1) Filed a complaint to Consumer Protection BC; Not sure if they will help 2) Wrote a review in BBB; hopefully it helps other potential consumer on their product 3) Email to Frigidaire's mother company **********. They should reconsider their licensing partnership with Curtis Int. This company is ruining their reputation in the market as no one could figure out which product is made by Frigidaire or Curtis Int. And I swear I will never buy any product from Frigidaire again

      Filed a warranty claim 3 months ago and they keep changing what they want after I send them pictures of what they ask for. I have dealt with 5 different people and it takes up to 20 days for a reply. This company keeps changing what they want to frustrate and jerk people around so they don't have to honor the warranty after they said they would replace the unit or send a check. I am now stuck looking at a tv on my wall that does not work because they asked me to cut the cord and send them a picture of it back on june 25th and today they have changed what they want again. I am tired of dealing with them and I can't take my tv down because I have nowhere to store it because I can't throw it away until everything is done.

      * *** *** *** **** ******** ** *** *** **********. Very poor customer service. Put you on hold. Hang up on you. Tell you they will get back to you in 24-48 hours and no contact for weeks.... call and they say they are escalating your request and don't. You comply with requests and send photos and they want more photos and give different directions and still don't help you. VERY POOR... ***** ** *** *********

      Dealing with my tv sent me every time I do something they want it done different jumping through hoops TV hasn't worked since yes May now call Arron ****** phone they hang up can't get a whole phone just wish I could not deal with you guys and again don't have $600 to buy another TV but don't know what to do anymore with a TV sitting there we haven't watch sent me
