One of our 2013 *** window had a broken spring. Nordic W&D sent one of the most efficient and dedicated tech I have dealt with in years. He managed to quickly workout the correct part, going himself to the warehouse and figuring it out. He came back the next day with the right part and 20 minutes later our window was fixed! Wonderful experience start to finish. The sales rep was knowledgeable and provided a quick estimate. The office staff kept us well informed on the manufacturing of our window. from the sales representative to the installers its clear Nordik is very customer centric. frequent contact with updates demonstrate how a business should operate. the quality of the windows was well above competitors. i highly recommend Nordik if you are looking to replace windows.Nordik Windows & Doors

Nordik responded promptly when I contacted them, setting up an appointment with Sales Rep **** *********. **** arrived on time took measurements, and we discussed options and products. He was honest, polite, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He did a mock up on the computer so I could see how several different styles would look. **** did not try to upsell me. From beginning to end my experience with Nordik Windows and Doors was excellent. Installation was completed with the utmost care and precision. **** was a total professional and a pleasant person to deal with. He and his team did am exceptional job! I had two kitchen windows replaced and the end result is amazing. The installation went smoothly and now that the windows are in you'd never know they were here, other than the two beautiful windows they installed! The windows fit like a glove and they look amazing both inside and out. **** was the best and made the experience a great one. I highly recommend Nordik Windows and Doors.Nordik Windows & Doors

*** ********** ** *********** * ***** *** **** *** **** ******** * ***** *** **** **** **** * ***** *** * **** ** ** ***** ** ***** **** ******* We have been led to believe for over 5 years that Nordik windows would replace 3 seals in our windows, we have received 1 of them finally a few months ago. The other 2 have been measured 4 times, I have had to call back numerous times to try to get it done. One came once, but it was the wrong thickness, so back to the beginning again. I called again mid April 2025 & they told me they had no record of the order! It was closed when we received the 1 seal. So they reopened it, sent someone mid May to measure again (the 4th time). Today June 12 2025 they called me to say it wasn’t under warranty & there was nothing they could do about it. I tried to explain, but they just kept saying there was nothing they could do about it since it was now out of warranty (it wasn’t out of warranty when I first started this whole horror story). I was told I could contact the actual manufacturer but they wouldn’t help me because it was out of warranty. Apparently all their previous information disappeared into thin air & we waited over 5 years for a big *** nothing!Nordik Windows & Doors

The company that originally supplied your windows unfortunately went out of business, and when Nordik acquired it, we also took on the responsibility of honoring their existing service warranties. Had we not stepped in, none of their past customers would have received any warranty support at all over these past several years.
Since then, we’ve done our best to fulfill those legacy commitments—including in your case, where we measured multiple times, placed orders with the original manufacturer, and installed the one replacement part that was received. Unfortunately, we’ve now been informed that the remaining parts are no longer available, which leaves us with no path forward to complete the work, despite our continued efforts.
We understand how disappointing and drawn-out this has felt, and we truly regret that we couldn’t bring it to a better conclusion for you.
This experience stands in stark contrast to the service we provide on windows purchased directly from Nordik. We manufacture, install, and warranty our own products for 25 years, with no third-party delays—just direct, accountable service.

Nordik really stands behind their product. Our patio screen door was damaged and **** came by today and fixed it. He explained what happened to it and offered to request a replacement for us. He called 10 minutes before coming, was super polite and the patio screen door is fixed. Thanks **** and thanks Nordik!Nordik Windows & Doors

We had a very good experience from Nordik windows right from the very beginning. I called and had a sales person in days. We established what I needed and the price was *** ******** good. The product offered was amazing. A week later the windows got re-measured and we were off to the races! The time from the order going in and the windows being ready was much faster than originally thought. The day came for the windows to be put in and I was pensive as we have a 130 year old house. My fears were quickly put aside as I watched the installers and the ease and speed they worked with. We have had every window replaced and the benefits started that evening. Noise level dropped from the outside. Big test the next day was the garbage truck. We didn't hear it at all. The thermometer stayed inactive as we simply didn't loose any heat. AMAZING!! Suffice to say , we were and are pleased with Nordik. All their support staff are professional and super helpful.Nordik Windows & Doors
