We had a very good experience from Nordik windows right from the very beginning. I called and had a sales person in days. We established what I needed and the price was *** ******** good. The product offered was amazing. A week later the windows got re-measured and we were off to the races! The time from the order going in and the windows being ready was much faster than originally thought. The day came for the windows to be put in and I was pensive as we have a 130 year old house. My fears were quickly put aside as I watched the installers and the ease and speed they worked with. We have had every window replaced and the benefits started that evening. Noise level dropped from the outside. Big test the next day was the garbage truck. We didn't hear it at all. The thermometer stayed inactive as we simply didn't loose any heat. AMAZING!! Suffice to say , we were and are pleased with Nordik. All their support staff are professional and super helpful.

I reached out to Nordik Windows and Doors after noticing condensation in one of my windows. They responded quickly and scheduled a technician visit. ****** came out, identified the issue right away, and ordered the replacement glass.
Within a month, he returned and completed the installation with great care and professionalism. ****** was not only efficient and detail-oriented but also friendly and respectful throughout the process. He clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. I'm very happy with the service and highly recommend both Nordik and ******.Nordik Windows & Doors

I had all my windows and doors installed by Nordik. It was a pretty big project and some issues can ultimately be expected. All of my concerns were completely taken care of to may picky satisfaction. Good experience in the overall process. Booked an appointment online, and met with sales consultant who was very helpful in ordering my patio door. Communication with the company representative was helpful to keep me informed of the next steps. The observation of the installation of the new patio sliding door gave me confidence that the installer was very knowledgeable and professional and that I would not have to be worried about any malfunctions in the near future. I certainly would recommend the company to anyone who are planning replacement of windows or doors. The only negative comment is that the threshold of the patio door was a little higher than what I was accustomed to but got use to it after several trips. Otherwise I give it top rating for the overall product and the personnel involved.Nordik Windows & Doors

Guys showed up on time, Replaced patio door in 2 hours, cleaned up completely ( a rare thing) , communicated throughout the process and were friendly from start to finish. We have used Nordik before and same service. I will use them again and recommend to othersNordik Windows & Doors

Subject: Complaint Regarding Installation Service and Follow-Up
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the installation service I received from NORDIK WINDOWS AND DOORS.
The caulking work around the windows and doors was poorly done—bubbly, overly thick (at least an inch), and visually unappealing. When I raised this issue, I was told that this was the best that could be done, which is unacceptable given the product’s quality and the price paid (over $34,000!). I requested a different installation team, yet the same team returned. They were unprofessional and **** during their visit.
Additionally, communication throughout this process has been extremely frustrating. Responses to my questions were significantly delayed. Despite my request that all future communications be directed to my husband (provided his contact number), I continued to receive the calls myself, oftentimes weeks after the questions were posed.
We expected a resolution to the substandard installation work and lack of professional handling of customer communication, however, this was not the case. We now need to hire someone else to come in and redo the caulking at our expense (over $2000).

That said, we remain confident that the installation was done to industry standards, using the correct method to ensure long-term weather protection—particularly on rough, wide brick where a broader caulk bead is necessary. This was explained during the follow-up.

easy from start to finish. We had a window broken during this winter's ice storm. Within days, a rep for Nordik showed up to take measurements and give a quote. The windows were installed today - just what we wanted. And so well installed by **** and *******. I highly recommend this companyNordik Windows & Doors
