      I orded a (****) Dining table online on January 5, 2022. Order number ***********. It was ordered online and it did not say "out of stock" like most items I buy online do. It simply said High Demand Item. After my purchase I got an email confirming my purchase and when I went to check the delivery date it said " You will be contacted once stock is available". I was shocked, as I then realized that I had been mislead into purchasing this item. I called the number provided in the email to inquire about this. It was the staff at the ***** ********** *** ********, ON. Location. They were very rude and kept misleading me every other month that the table would be arriving. I STILL have not received my table and its AUGUST. Every time I called, they would tell me 4 - 6 weeks and then were extremely rude and a staff by the name of ***** even hung up on me and lied that her name was ***** and laughed at me when I called back. I tried to speak to the manager ********, who assured me I would get my table by July 31st asked me to come in. I went all the way there and left my newborn baby at home and she simply sent me home and apologized with the issue unresolved. Its august 3rd and when I called today, expecting a schedule delivery the rude staff member, *****, was incredibly insulting and then told me it says ETA and it will come in September. I have been led on for Months on end and still have no table. *** ****** ** **** ***** *** ***** * **** ** ** *** * **** ** ****** * **** **** *******. I called head office and left a voicemail and they have not returned my call. I pray this does not happen to anyone else. I even reached out to their virtual chat and received the date of JULY. This company does extremely bad business and its unacceptable.

      The resolution is to receive the table. I keep receiving a run around. They said March, then July, now they are saying September. I need a confirmation in writing from the company that they will not put off this order for another "4 to 6 weeks ETA" another time when September arrives and that I will indeed receive this order by their promised date. A customer should never have to wait one year to receive a purchased item unless they are aware of this wait time! The main issue has not been resolved. I still do not have the item I purchased in January 2022.

      We purchased a ********** Gallery stove ( Serial # VFXXXXXXXX ) from Leon's here in Trenton ******************************************** phone #************ it was delivered on July 7 /2022 we were unable to use it due to our kitchen being reno. When we finally got the kitchen done and had the stove installed the stove did not work. We contacted Leon's and they told us to contact the ********** company which we did. They sent out a service tech and the service tech said "the circuit board are gone and it was DEAD on ARRIVAL". so we called Leon's back and they said they will fix it but not replace it because I was not aware or told about their 3 day return policy and I could not check the stove due to reno's of my home being done when the stove was delivered. We called back the ********** company and they told us because Leon's only has a 3 Day Policy that they will only fix it not replace it unless it breaks down again. This is uncalled for after spending $1,443.30 for the stove and over $3000 in appliances at Leon's. Its now been 2 weeks without a working stove which was delivered BROKEN. Leon's you need to replace this stove this is bad business the stove needs to be replaced or refunded.

      In November 2021, we bought a bedroom furniture set from Leons Hamilton. The set had a bed, a dresser and a night table included in it. We were promised a delivery latest by February, with maybe a couple of weeks of delay. After multiple delays and follow up, the bed was finally delivered in April. The dresser and nightstand - we got dates of April, May, June, July and now again, pushed to August. Any email to the customer relations has the same response - wait or cancel the order. I am happy to cancel, but they will only refund me for the two items. I wanted a full bedroom set. Take away the bed and refund me for the whole set. Or deliver the rest of my order! I have paid Leons the entire amount in November - not a partial payment for pieces they deliver. How is this ethical in any way. I even asked for their manager or their sales rep to call me back and have not received a single call. Terrible service, this is not the old dependable Leons we are used to.

      I bought an upright freezer from Leon's Sept 2017. At that time, I bought the extended 4 years warranty because they told me that I would be covered 100% from the day of purchase.

      Fast forward to first week of July this year, I started to have issues. The freezer was keeping cool but not freezing.

      I contacted Leon's which told me to contact the company that has the warranty **** * *****. It took few days for them to get back to me but they did. They sent the repair company ********** on Friday July 15. The technician said it was either the compressor or the switch for the compressor and that he would put an order and the office would call me.

      No callback so I left them voice mail last Thursday and again yesterday with no callback. Finally got them today and they said they couldn't get the parts anymore so they closed the ticket. They told me to call **** ****** which I did.

      They told me that because parts were not available anymore they would give me a credit to use at Leon's.
      They said the warranty doesnt include replacing just repair.

      They offered me a credit on the price I paid in 2017 for 694$ but penalized me for 1% a month for all the month I had it. So they are offering me 300$.

      I don't feel it should be on my shoulder to fork the difference because the company stop manufacturing this model. That is not my problem.

      I feel I paid for extended warranty and they should give me the current value of the freezer not the depreciation value.

      In the event a product cannot be repaired a pro-rated buyout will be issued instore towards the replacement unit. The amount calculated is based on the age of the unit at a rate of 1% per month from the retail price paid for the product from the date of delivery. This is in keeping with the terms and conditions of the extended warranty plan.

      There is no reason why I should pay because the model is discontinued and they cannot have parts to repair.



      When the salesman sold me the extended warranty, there was no mention that if the model is discontinued and they cannot get the parts that it will be on my shoulder to pay for another freezer. He said with the extended warranty I would be covered 100% from day one.



      By the way, when I went to Leon's yesterday, the same model of freezer,same size and everything was on display so why they can't have parts? I don't think its true.

      I purchased faulty couch loveseat and chair. Extended warranty as well. Leons waisted my warranty time. Then extended warranty, also dragging on. OVER 16 MONTHS. AND ONLY BOUGHT IT 18 MTHS AGO. I WANT A FULL REFUND, DONE WITH THEIR WAIT TIMES ETC.

      In August it will be 1 year I have been waiting for my couches (i no longer want) leon's originally stated it would only be 3-6 months before I get my purchase that I spent overt $2500. Not only did I have to keep reaching out to Leons for updates etc...the worse customer service. I now woukd like my full reund sent to me in full by cheque since I have already paid off my credit cards for this product. This is totally unacceptable for having to chase after spending so much momey alreafy and to not even get any kind of uodates but them telling me they are still waiting while they 5ake my money for almost a year with no items in sight at all!! I WANT MY REFUND BACK NOW IN FULL. NOT IN PARTIAL PAYMENTS ON THIS CARD OR ANOTHER I WANT LEONS TO GIVE ME A CHEQUE IN FULL ASAP!!

      I no longer have any credit cards now as I have cancelled and therefore been asking for a full chq refund and this is the only way . No they have not been in contact at all with me and I am the one always to contact them to find out my purchase. NowI haveno credit cards and want my fl refund teturned back yo me asap

      Date of the transaction is March 19th 2022 purchased a ********** stove waiteed 2 weeks for delivery with 5 days of delivery went to use the oven the door would not open called Leons they said I would have to call ********** which I did tech from ***** ********** said the entire frame was bent and it would require a new unit and he would submit the report to ********** that was April 21st. waited till May 19th as we had not heard anything called ********** and was told they had sent the ** to Leons called leons they said they hadnt recieved the paper work waited another 2 weeks and were told the same thing from both places I let both places know that we were moving to Timmins on June 1st. It has now been 4.5 months still can not use the oven have now moved to Timmins and still get the same answers from both places ********** says they have given Leons the approval and Leons says they have not received it either way we are out $959.37 and have nothing to show for our money just extreme stress and duress from dealing with this company.

      They did not fix the issue we had to do everything all we kept getting was excuses or responses of wish we had better news for you. Terrible customer service. We have been a loyal customer and have purchased many items to have been treated this way.

      I purchased appliances from Leon's some of the appliances showed up damaged everything was returned to Leon's now Leon's will not return the money will only give a store credit minus a restocking fee of 25%

      Purchased a sofa from Leon's May 22/22 to be in July1st week told by salesperson,received call now delayed to August 31st. They offered me to come to store to find a replacement as I needed it for July. I went to store picked out a floor model asked for discount because it was off floor they agreed to give me 20% off and not charge me the removal fee of sofa. Because it is tax free days I was willing to settle for these arrangements but they said 20% was all I get and not the tax free which is false advertising plus when I checked bill I was charged the removal fee.
