      Terrible service. **************. Not all the people who work for jiffy have the skills they say they have. And yet, you’re charged anyway. ***** **********

      I have had outstanding service from Jiffy. They have introduced us to many top-notch providers who have done the job requested and done it well. Twice we had trouble with eavestrough cleaners because we have a Sunburst Locust tree with tiny leaves that are a pain to pick up - Jiffy "Made it right" each time by reducing the charge. We love all the discounts we get from Jiffy, which makes the jobs very economical. Now that I know I can get a Jiffy Pro on short notice, I have stopped paying $500 a year for my furnace extended warranty service which is a great saving. Each time I go to the website to ask a question, I get prompt, helpful service from the online agents. All in all, I am EXTREMELY happy with Jiffy. Thank you for making my life so much easier!

      I downloaded the Jiffy app, after hearing their advertisement on **** **** radio, and the radio personality recommending the service. I thought this might be a good way to contact a pro and schedule a service to have my leaky roof repaired. The first pro to contact me gave me a decent agreeable quote. After I approved and accepted the service he cancelled several agreed upon times giving different excuses why he couldn’t show up. From his truck being in the shop to weather issues and just not showing up. The second guy quoted replacing a section of roof up to 10 shingles, which is not needed and with out being onsite to verify the scope of work. The third just quoted 500$. Like he was throwing out a number, to see if it sticks. Not happy with this ************** system.

      The job with your Pro was canceled by you (Nov 2022) as you were not happy that it was rescheduled.
      Your Pro explained to you that they don’t go on any roof when it's full of snow and ice as it is too dangerous.
      We apologize that the rescheduling caused an inconvenience, however, safety is the number one priority. Appreciate your understanding.

      We called them to come and clean my clients carpet based on their offer of $180 for 3 rooms> I only needed 1 room done(sidepoint) When the carpet company came he wanted Omar R. wanted an additional $305 for stain remover,green cleaner,deorderizer,blah blah . * ***** *** *** * ***** *** ***** ** ** ****** *** ******* ***** ******

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We take all claims seriously. According to our records we addressed this and you were not charged as Omar came to review the area and advise what is needed.

      As per our conversation, the minimum rate is $180 for 3 rooms or less. This includes a steam cleaning for the carpets only. Each request is so different and as a curtsey, Omar reviewed your job and quoted the cost to remove the stains that require extra work that is above the basic steam cleaning. 

      Again, this was a free service that was provided. If you have any question or wish to chat about this further, please do not hesitate to reach out.

      Just had an attempt to have a stump removed and it was unfortunately not completed yet we were charged the full amount of over $1100!!!!! - now we have a stump and a big hole around it!!!!! ******** *** *** * trying to get 50% of our money back but not hopefully and it's sad because we had other jobs lined up that we are now cancelling.
