he said wipe it with a towel.
i called again, they said i needed a new icemaker. $500
i have been waiting for a response.
decided to call someone else. they came in 2 days. the problem was the hose had a kink. he fixed it and charged $125
i want my money back. do not trust this companyReview fromMagdi I

1 star********* ******** ***** *** ******* ***** **** *** ******* Their tech arrived and got the dishwasher running. He ran it through various cycle, declared it to be working and impressed upon me his pressing schedule. He was in and out in about 10 minutes.
After he left, the dishwasher had run briefly then died. I wish the man had done some diagnostic work but his attitude was “this is very old machine”. I guess his prevailing mind set is a dependable appliance has no right to last so long. The tech kept blatantly hinting for a tip, which I refused with indignation. When I complained to the business, the email bounced back as undeliverable. At least I paid the scoundrel about $120 for doing nothing *** ***** ** *** *** *************Review fromBehnaz A

1 star* **** * ***** **** **** ****** I called them on January 21, 2025, about an issue with my refrigerator not working properly. A technician came, identified that the relay needed to be replaced, and replaced it. The relay itself costs only about $25 in most stores, but they charged me $90 for the relay and $230 for the service! To make matters worse, the issue was not even resolved. My refrigerator still has the same problem. I contacted the company to speak with a manager, and the operator told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to speak with someone. I am extremely frustrated with their service. ** *** *** **** ************ *** * ********** *********Review fromDennis W

1 star***** **** *** ******* I call them on a Saturday and told them my fridge wasn’t working properly. It displayed a code and I looked it up and it was a fan cooling issue. The fella came a few hours later and we pulled the fridge out. He went behind the fridge when his phone as a flashlight and screw driver. He pulled the back panel off and immediately came out from behind and told me how lucky I was my house didn’t burn down. He said I would need a new fan motor and fan blade. He then said he would clean everything up and see if the problem would be solved. He went behind the fridge with no tools and laid the for 5 mins and said he’d give it a try. After 30 seconds of running I heard the motor make a noise and I said that doesn’t sound good order the motor he unplugged the fridge and order the motor at $150 and said the fan blade would be $50 on top of that. I didn’t look at the fridge at all at this time but took his word on his assessment. Before he left I tried to pay the deposit but his phone battery died and it couldn’t be processed. After he left we emptied the fridge and freezer. Monday I got a phone call and was told my bill was going to be over $500. I told the lady it seemed like a lot of money and told her I’m a millwright and when I look at the fan blade if it looked ok I wouldn’t be purchasing another one from them we would reuse the old one. Friday they texted and said to call them as the parts were being shipped and I needed to book an appointment. I called and again I told them I didn’t think the blade was needed. Went behind the fridge and looked. The condenser was so plugged off dirt and dust it was discussing. I clean it and blew it out and put a bit of grease in the motor and it’s fine. I call them on the Monday and told them I still wanted the motor but I didn’t want that guy back. He delivered the motor yesterday along with the fan blade. Now they wanna call and report me to collection agency. ******Review fromPaulina L

1 starThey charged me $305.00 on first day, and technician did did not fix my washer, and they refused to give my money back. First a technician came to see my washer. He said he will order a part and once replaced, the washer would work I asked him 3 times and he assured me that he would fix it. He said total charges are $710 (part & labour), and requested 50%. So, I paid $305.00 After a couple of days, he came and opened the washer machine and without checking anything he said he was not able to fix it. Suggested me to buy a new one from their website. So I asked him to refund my money. Then he said talk to customer service, I called the same day and spoke with a customer service representative who asked me to call next day at 7 am and speak with Michelle. I called next day at 7.15 am and there was no Michelle. The person I spoke with was extremely rude. There is no customer service skills and hung up the phone on me. After a couple of hours the same person called me and said she was “Michelle” and I asked her for my money back. They advertised their business under *********** because that’s the number I called when I requested the service call and they had an add that promise “We don’t fix, you don’t pay” so if they can’t fix the appliance, they don’t supposed to charge. They also offer a $25 discount on the service call. She said that she would need to speak with a manager (I thought she was the manager) and she would call me back. A couple of days passed and she did not call me. I contacted my bank and disputed the charge. ***** **** **** *** *** **** ******** ** *** **** *** *** ********** ***** Now they are saying that i cancelled the service when I have witnesses that are aware of the situation. **** ** * ***** ***.Review fromBrian I

***** **** *** ****** they charged me $355.00 on first day, and they did not fix my fridge, and they not refunded me a penny!
First a technician came to see my fridge. He said he will order a new control board and replace the old one with the new one. He said total charges are $710 (part & labour), and they want 50% now. So, I paid $355.00. Next day, he came with the new control board and put in the fridge, but then he said the fridge has some other problem. So I asked him to take back the new part and don't do anything, and refund my money. Then he said talk to manager, when I talked to his manager she said she will charge 30% price of the part (that we did not take), and 100 $ for service call and refund the remaining amount. Her calculation was (30% of part=112, + service call 100 + 13% tax)= 239.00. So, she said she would return me the remaining 116$. But it has been almost one month she hasn't refunded me any amount.
When I call them, the receptionist says talk to manager, when I talk to manager (named: Mitchell), she says I will check with accounting team,... but it has been a month and I haven't got any money back. *** * ******* ***** **** *** ****** **** **** ***** *** ***** ******* *** ***** ****** ** *** **** *** ******* ** * ******* *** ** **** ****** ******* ***** Thanks.Express Repair

1 star**** ******* ** * ******* I contacted them and had a technician respond on 6/28/24 concerning my washing machine not spinning out. He came diagnosed the problem ordered the part stated it would be 3-5 business days, I paid a $200 deposit. 5 weeks later and several phone calls inquiring when the part will be received and a no show no call on a scheduled date 7/24/24, I was rescheduled for 7/29/24. The tech came installed the part with no success stated he needed to order another part. He returned on 8/3/24 and was again unsuccessful in repairing the washer, I then stated I have to purchase a machine because it’s been 7 weeks and I’m spending money to launder my clothes. Immediately on 8/6/24 I started receiving *********** calls requesting full payment of a balance of $90.71 for parts and initial visit when the washer HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED!!! So I’m out $200 and I’m expected to pay an additional amount for no repair, I should only be charged for the initial visit of $99 not parts. Absolutely ridiculous **** *** ******* *******!Review fromBrian S
