      ******** **** ********* Service guy came and in 2 minutes told me it was the compressor of my fridge. Told me it’s under warranty with ** call them to fix it.
      Tried to bill me and I didn’t pay. Called ** to fix it and it wasn’t the compressor!
      ** changed the fan and fixed it free. ***** ******** *** ****** **** ***** No idea what they are doing. Just going around billing people. I will not pay for wrong diagnosis! I can do it free

      Terrible. It is not free if they can't fix it like advertised. Took 2 minutes to look at my fridge, didn't even take the back off. Charged me, then tried selling me there product, apparently they own an appliance store! ** *** *********

      Feb 21, 2024, a service repair man came to my home from Express Appliance Repair. He spent no more than 10 minutes looking at my ** washing machine. We identified the error code and we were expecting he would have to take it apart to test various items within the machine as stipulated by the owners manual. He only ran the washer until the code appeared (8 minutes). He did not examine any of the parts and claimed it would cost us as much as a new washer. It became obvious he did not want to service our machine. How would he know the cost of the repair if he didn’t do any diagnostics. I felt ********** because he wanted me to pay and only wanted cash payment. I paid $120.00 and got nothing in return.to change a main part. I have been in contact multiple times through emails and telephone calls with Express Repair attempting to seek a refund for lack of professionalism and lack of proper service. * ** ******* *** ********** ** *** ***. Although, this amount may seem trivial, what is most disconcerning is the way in which Express can take money from people without providing proper service. * ** ****** *** *** ****** ** ** **** ******* **** ************ Also, please note I have tried to speak to head office regarding this complaint but with no success.

      They came in july because the fridge in the house we bought was making a loud sound and had ice in the back. they ordered a part and fixed it, issue reoccurred in september - they came out and “fixed it”, at the end of november it happened again. they said they’d charge me for a new technician - i said no it’s clearly the same problem, they said they needed to order another part, i told them what is this part doesn’t fix it like the last one didn’t, they said we’d discuss a refund. The issue is happening again, they are saying it’s out of warranty (of course it is, they never fixed the issue). ******** ** *** * **** ****** ***. waste of time, money and of course losing a fridge full of groceries multiple times. Also they never return your calls when they say they will. Really terrible service. i’m waiting for them to call back to discuss the refund but the person in customer service essentially tried to say i refused a technician to review the “new problem” - it’s the same problem. All i’m asking for is a refund of the last part purchased. Not the first one, nor the initial technician fee. Hoping they will rectify this.

      Disappointing experience with this company - after reaching to them via ****** and getting assurances that management would speak to me I got nowhere with them, even after calling them I was on hold for about 2 hours and I have yet to hear back from them, and was hoping they would reach out.

      Enquired the Following :
      How much the technician will charge in order to visit my place and check the issue on my Dish Washer.
      They said they will charge for Service Call $99.00, Discount $25 will be applied.
      They said once the technician completes the diagnosis, if repair is done he will charge only, Parts and Latour and apply $25 discount.
      Issue was with drain water pipe clog at bottom mesh area - Vacuums the drain water and cleans the mesh around and no parts have been changed or fixed. It was just 10 minutes.
      This was not explained to me at all even though the parts have been not replaced or fixed
      they gave me a bill for $ 257.73 for just fixing this issue for 10 minutes.

      We had Expressrepair in to fix our fridge. 5 service calls and 2 parts later it was fixed. However they charged us for the first part the Technician (Sumit) installed that did not fix the problem. When I called Expressrepair I was referred to Michelle. Left her a message she never returned my call. I called a week later. During my conversation with Michelle she put me on hold twice the second time we were "cut off". Michelle never called back. The next call was from a collection agencies. We had the same problem less than a year ago. Worst thing about this is when the technician arrived the first time I showed him the invoice with the part that was replaced in the past that fixed the problem. Sumit said he needed to diagnose the problem himself. 5 service calls and 2 parts (one that didn't fix the problem) later Sumit replace the part that I had originally told him about. Michelle was inconsiderate and just kept repeating that we needed the first part but had no answer as to why it didn't fix the problem.
      In the future I will check the BBB website reviews before hiring a company.

      Very ************** diagnose and bad suggestions!
      I called for Expree Repair’s services because my refrigerator was not cooling and need an emergency repairs. The technician came on time, but the diagnose was totally wrong. I was told the problem was Freon leaking and it will cost $2500 to repair therefore it is better to change a new refrigerator . I paid the diagnose fee of $134.
      I called the manufacturer to doubt that a refrigerator used only 5 years should be replaced because of not cooling. ******** *** ***** *** ** *** ******** ** *** ************** ********** ***** ******** **** *** **** *** **** ** **** ***** The problem is not Freon leaking!
      What if I listen to suggest of technician from Express Repair?! Never ever!

      This company overcharged me for a service and when I called to get the charge corrected and a refund issued, I was told it would process within 5-7 business days. 3 weeks went by and nothing.
      I called back and was told I needed to speak to the manager Michelle but she was unavailable. So I called back later and then we wasn’t in the office. I called back a few days later and she was in a meeting, was told to call at 1pm and when I did she was in another “meeting”. This whole process took about 5 weeks before I finally got a hold of the manager and was told that my refund was being processed.
      To this day we still haven’t received our refund. *******

      We had a problem with our fridge a few weeks ago, and one of their technicians was able to remove the ice that had been building up behind the back panel, then he told us he had to order a part to repair the one that was malfunctioning (heating element). Their team received the part and I booked a second appointment. The technician who came had a hard time removing the back panel and I honestly thought he was going to break something while removing it (he says it was stuck because there might still have been some ice in the back). When he finished replacing the heating element (which took him about 10 minutes of work), I was really shocked to hear him say that there was a crack in the back panel and that it had to be replaced as well. The first technician never mentioned any crack in our fridge, even though he inspected it for almost an hour. Now I have a broken fridge and they're refusing to admit they broke it. They're dodging my calls, and even though every time I speak to someone they say a Manager will call me back, it never happens. **** **** **** ***** *******
