      My experience was beyond terrible and frustrating. I first called the company to take a look at my wall oven on March 1st. They sent a technician later to my house who advised that it was a burnt fuse. The fuse was replaced by a technician. However, two weeks later the microwave wall oven again stopped working. I proceeded to call the company back on March 26 who later sent the same technician. It lasted for 2 weeks again and then stopped working. I called Express Appliance Repair on April 21st, and was told that it was within the ***************************************************** back. No call. I called Express Appliance Repair in August and was told that I would get a call, I never did. I called Express Appliance repair on September 30 and was told that I would receive a call noon latest from the manager as the technician no longer works at the company. I did not receive a call.I called today, October 3, and asked to speak to the supervisors manager. I was immediately greeted with hostility and instead of excusing the poor service and unprofessionalism, the supervisor proceeded to berate me and advise that the service standard is only 30 days after March 1.Essentially Express Appliance Repair does NOT guarantee its service calls. Not only that, they will not call you back nor follow-up with clients.

      I had made an appointment for 12-2 for a tech to repair my washing machine, when I had come home that night it had started working again and it was too late to call and cancel so I called at 9:30am and tried to cancel and was told I would have to pay 100$....I said to her that if he showed at 1pm then I was in that 3 hour window and she said it doesn't work that way.....I was never told it had to be canceled 3 hours to the beginning of the time slot as what tech shows up right at the first minute....I said OK Bill and I will pay UT and she said I had to pay it over the phone or it would go to collections....REALLY! This is how you treat prospective clients...I have been in the customer industry for 17 years....never have I treated anyone like this..so much wrong here.

      **** *** **** *******. Terrible service. The technician came in to repair over the range microwave but couldnt fix it. The company said that they would reimburse our money. Have been calling them for over a month now. The manager and supervisor never call back. The call centre agent hang up and disconnect the phone as they know which number the call is coming from. **** ** * ***** *******. No office in Ottawa. The address on the website is fake. ***** **** **** ** **** *** **** *** ***** ** ** ***** *******

      **** **** *** claiming the service call of $99 is free when you move ahead with fixing your appliance with them. My part was $60 and labour to take off ice mechanism and sift waterline down total cost $347.85. A discount promo of $25 was applied as well. So to put this all into perspective without a so called promo and waiving the service charge my bill would have been close to $475...hmmm seems let they still get there service fee in I called to complain and lady claimed they need to take door off...no mechanism comes off and tube sifted down and connect. ********** *** **** *** ****** ****** I used the Kitchener Waterloo location Don't get fooled by there $99 free service charge if you go with them and there lack of billing for the correct work

      Wish I would have read these reviews before hiring them. ***** ********* ** ****** ** ********** ****. **** *** ***** *** *** *** *******. It is obvious they are booking agents who pay the techs after service. The techs who work for them should be ashamed ** ** **** ** **** *****

      This company tried to charge me $100 for a flex hose and elbow connection when installing my dishwasher. First they said that was the price their supplier charges and I said so you don't have any markup? Then they said it was because of the warranty on the part and I said I can buy the exact same parts at any hardware store for $20-30. Why are you gouging? They drop the cost to $70 which is still extremely high markup. They threatened to take me to small claims court if I didn't pay.
