    Ordered as a birthday gift ** ****** ***** * *** ******** in the beginning of December 2024, didn't receive until February. Missing expensive king duvet. Emailed a few times, called multiple times. Unfortunately no luck. Out a few hundred with no resolve. Love the sheets and that its canadian although not reliable. A big shame and waste **

    Called customer service twice, left the phone on speaker for SIX hours, never was picked up.
    Called the following week, did the same thing - for four hours, nobody picks up.

    I should have read BBB before I ordered anything from them. I ordered a duvet insert on Dec2nd 2024. It s Dec22nd 2024 now, it is still not shipped. I reached out to them, they said sorry they would ship as soon as possible. Define the phrase “as soon as possible” it has been 3 days. Hugely disappointed

    They have extremely stressful customer service. I am owed a refund of over $340 and it’s been next to impossible to get it from them. They are careless and even offered me a gift card, basically forcing me to be stuck with their products, *** **** ***** **** * **** ** **. Do better, Hush Blankets. **** ** **********

    I bought blankets (Actual duvets - wonder why they call it blankets) in March. Buyers remorse. I cancel the next day. It was still sent out and I have to return the 4 boxes. Last email I received yesterday the duvet cover is still on its way and the cant refund it. I only receive money back for 1 blanket, * **** *** ******** ***** **** ** **** **** ** *****

    I purchased 2 pillows in December 2023, I contacted them again January 14 2024 to return them within the 30 days for a refund. It is now March 20 2024 and I still have not heard from them. I have called them several times, the person on the phone says they sent an email to management and they will respond back, that has not happened. I have sent several emails as well and the same thing, no response. **** ******* ** * *** ******

    I ordered the classic weighted blanket. Unfortunately, it arrived tied with a green ribbon which left green lines all across the cover. I contacted customer service and was told they would send a replacement and that I could keep the original. When I received the replacement, it was again tied with a green ribbon and had the same green lines. I contacted customer service and was told they would get back to me ASAP. A week passed, so I contacted them again. The agent was very rude and refused to issue a refund or replacement until I sent both blankets back. I explained I would gladly send back the blankets (even though I was told to keep the first one) but wanted to ensure I would receive a proper replacement. The agent had a very rude attitude, basically accusing me of trying to get free blankets. This argument went on for quite awhile, with the agent displaying the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that "Managers are very busy and don't have time". Eventually, the agent put me on hold. When she returned, she said she would send a replacement blanket and a return shipping label for the 1st replacement blanket. When I received the 2nd replacement blanket, it was tied with a green ribbon and had the same green lines. I went online and processed a return/refund due to the product being defective. I was no longer interested in a suitable replacement, and just requested a refund. When I received the shipping label, it indicated that $65 would be deducted from my refund for the cost of shipping. I sent an email, asking why I would be charged shipping to return a defective product. I never received a response to that email. I would have thought a reputable company would take pride in their products and want to ensure that a customer received top quality goods. However, that certainly was NOT the experience here. This was the first purchase I ever made with Hush, but it will most certainly be my last.

    I placed an order with hush for blankets and a duvet. My order was shipped December 6. I was given a tracking number with ********** The tracking number stated that my package would arrive December 8. Till now I haven’t received my order. I have spoken with **********who has said that I need to speak with hush to resolve the issue because I tracking number was created for an order, but was never given to ********** I have written many emails and have called their customer service number to resolve the issue but to this date no response. ***** ********** ******** **** **** ******* ** **** *** *********

    Unfortunately, Hush is not customer service oriented. I placed an order October 11/23, my credit card has been charged, but no products has arrived as of Nov 26/23. I decided that I no longer wanted one of the products, wrote to cancel part of my order to be told that their cancellation policy does not allow a customer to cancel orders. You have to wait for the order to ship to you, then you can return it. I called their customer service number twice, once I was hung up on and the second time the gentleman was helpful. But, apparently there is very little a customer service rep can do. He said he would escalate it and I have heard nothing. Crickets. I asked them to help me understand, if the order has not shipped and will not for a while, no real date to be expected, why I can't cancel my order. I was provided their cancellation policy again. Not what I asked. This is not customer service, let alone great customer service. I am now going to my credit card company to dispute the charges as I have not received my order, no date when it will arrive and this company has my money. ***** ******.
