    We purchased a king size 35 lb blanket Dec 29. It was shipped promptly, however, it did not work for us for different reasons. We asked to return it based on ‘30 Night Free Trial’ and ‘100 Night Guarantee’ stated on our purchase receipt. They refused and claim it was a final sale.

    I ordered their cooling weighted blanket and cooling sheets. Lucky me I got a free pillow because I ordered over a certain amount. The blanket is so HOT. And I sweated more on their cooling sheets than I do on regular cotton. I wanted to return the blanket and they took $150 from the price. $50 for shipping and saying I paid $100 less for the blanket. I called the 24/7 contact number and was forced to leave a message saying I was in a cue for a rerun call I have been in that cue two times for over 2 months and no return phone call. I emailed and was put in the cue again. I continue to email and have been told that the pillow is no longer free because I am returning the blanket. I said I actually need to return everything because the product does not work as it claims and I do not think I should loose $50 to return a free product. I was told that because it is passed 30 days I can not return the sheets but I have been trying to communicate with them for over two months. The person who emails back does not even read your email they just send a blanketed response. This company is very good at sales but when it comes to contacting them after the fact good luck!!!!

    * ***** **** * ***** *** **** ***** *** *** ***** * * **** ******. My experience with this company has been terrible. *** *** **** ** ******** ** ********* *** *****. First, they claim a "risk free" trial of their product and a money back guarantee. If you dig deep enough on their website, you will find out that they do not cover the cost of the return shipping. This does not result in a "risk free" trial of their product, in my case, two pillows. This policy should be front and center beside their guarantee so customers have all the information up front. This is false marketing and it is something I cannot stand for. When I phoned customer support, I talked to the customer support manager and she said there was nothing she could do for me. Other Canadian companies offer free returns for their trial products and when you do try to return them, they just tell you to donate them. Why can't Hush do this? It's a loss for them either way so why charge the customer. The reason they gave me is because they have a warehouse that the product needs to be shipped back to. In the US, they don't have a warehouse so the customer can donate the products...doesn't make any sense. Have the same process no matter the country.

    I purchased a weighted blanket and needed it exchanged for another size. They send me the return paperwork. Once it was returned I did not see the refund. When I contacted them they told me I was not eligible for refund as it had already been exchanged. However, they took the item back before letting me know that I would not be getting me money back. Eventually I got half of it refunded. Although, I list over $150. They would not let me use that money towards any other product. They did not honour their 100 dsy return policy. They did not give me my product back. They weighted blanket I purchased was too hot. It did not live up to their claims.

    I ordered multiple items. All
    Shipped separate and I live an hour from town. Then they didn’t deliver to my house I had to go to town each time - 3 times to get my order in full. Now I’m returning pillows and weighted blankets and am awardees the privelage of return LABEL COST aid $130.00.
    100% money back guarantee is ********.
    Just realized they say they have a 90 day mattress guarantee - which I bought - and have had ONE WEEK an and cannot return.
    Hush - is this how a new business does business?

    I waited 7 MONTHS for my cooling cover, to go with my existing king blanket. When I ordered it in April, I was told it would arrive by end of the month. Then in May, I followed up by email and it was changed to June, July, August..... you see where this is going. NOT ONCE did they reach out to me to say to was out of stock and delayed. I always had to ask, to be let down again and again.
    Fast forward to now - it arrived but they apparently recently changed their blankets to have a "new version technology" so the ZIPPER DOES NOT FIT?!?! So now I have a cover that I cannot attach, and their reply to my email was "you can just use the little ties, or return it with your 100 night guarantee". At this point, the 100 night guarantee is over for the original blanket, so I am likely stuck.
    Blood is boiling.

    I am growing increasingly frustrated with this experience. My order is still unfulfilled for 3 months now... which I asked to be cancelled a day after placing it. I wanted to cancel my order. Initially, we wanted to order hush mattresses for our new three-bedroom condo and a couple of clients' spec homes. But, after the lack of customer service and very misleading processing and shipping times, its clear I need to look elsewhere. This is absolutely ridiculous.
