    They took my money at order, did not ship or notify me of the status. After several attempts to get an update, it still has not shipped and no ship date given. They did inform me that I cannot cancel my order. If I ever get it, I can send it back for a refund. In the meantime, they took $180 and have not shipped. It has been over a month and no update from the company.

    **** ******** ******** They will take your money without delivering the product, and they won’t give you any updates on your order until you raise ****. And even then, you get a cookie cutter pre-fab response with no intention of making anything better.     Ordered products Aug 10. It’s now Sep 30, and all I’ve received for my hard-earned money are canned answers from customer service and legalese about not being able to cancel the order once placed, though none of it has shipped.
    Of note, the eye masks I ordered said to “pre-order now for late August delivery.” The same product is still being sold, but now it’s “pre-order now for October delivery.”

    I am utterly disappointed with my recent order experience with HUSH, and I feel compelled to share my frustration with the hope that it will improve their customer service.
    I placed a pre-order for a weighted blanket along with a few other items, with the promise of shipment "at the end of August." However, it is now September 11, and my order remains unshipped, with no proactive communication from HUSH about the delay. Clear and transparent communication is crucial in any business, and it was sorely lacking here.
    To make matters worse, when I requested to cancel my order due to the extended delay, I was informed that HUSH could not accommodate this request due to their "busy-ness." Instead, I was told to accept the package and then initiate a return. Their return policy says the customer HAS TO PAY FOR THE RETURN. This response is not only frustrating but also reflects poorly on HUSH's customer service.
    I sincerely hope that HUSH takes immediate action to address these issues and improve its communication and customer service for future transactions.

    Terrible customer service. Save your money.
    We bought three weighted blankets. Over $800.00. They sent one the wrong size and colour. They said no problem we'll make it right. Now they are accusing me of trying to get the right colour cover for free. Terrible customer service. Overrated company on it's way down.

    The worst customer service I have ever experienced for any purchase
    I think the product is good/decent. Seems to be comfortable although it was hard to put it together.
    The customer service is the absolute worst thing I have ever seen. I spoke to at least 3 different reps, all of which made different promises. Promises from delivery time which were off by a week. Then a bunch of apologies. Finally a month later I was supposed to also receive my sheets. Still didn't get them but instead I got a customer service rep who felt that hanging up on me was the appropriate way to apologize. See below for transcript.

    I ordered a set of blue Iced Sheets in King. What ensued for more than two months was a pile of emails "welcoming" me and offering me all sorts of lovely incentives. I finally received an email saying that they still did not have the blue sheet sets in but that they had some grey that I could get immediately. Two weeks later, a set of ick grey sheets arrived. When we unpackaged them to wash them for the first time, my husband noticed that there were visibly thin spots throughout the sheets. If you held them up to the light, there were spots where the weave was so think that you could see more light if you held them up to a window. I figured it was just the natural weave of the fabric. We alternate this set with three others so the sheets have been used a grand total of about three months out of twelve. Over the last usage of them, I noticed that the thin spots have literally worn through. There are now dozens of holes in the fitted sheet. It looks like the fabric just rotted away (if you've ever looked at really old material, how it just is so weak that the fibres separate.) I phoned HUSH to tell them about the issue and I included pictures. This is obviously a defect. After two weeks, I finally heard back from them (after yet another phone call) and was offered $36 HUSH bucks toward my next purchase.     To echo what others are saying, I waited over 3 months for my blanket to arrive, and when the supposed arrival date passed I emailed in only to be told it was delayed another 5 months!!! I never received any kind of correspondence letting to know of that! And, 2 weeks before being told this I was assured it would arrive as scheduled! As soon as they knew it was delayed, I should’ve been told. I should not have had to go looking for the information, only to be blindsided. Then, the person I was speaking to disconnected and ended the conversation before helping me!! I ended up cancelling the order, it is not worth the hassle that it has become. The amount of money they charge for their products, they should have top notch customer service. * ** ***** ******** ** *** *** * *** ******** ** *** *** **** **** *********
