    Ordered on Dec 4th, said it would take up to 9 business days to be delivered…ok, shipped on Dec 6th, so I would have been happy receiving the week before Christmas. Here it is Christmas Day and still haven’t received my purchase or communication about my purchase. I’m starting to wonder if this company is a ****.

    Shippping policies are misleading. Shipping takes much longer than they say on their website. Tracking is useless as it provides no real information for where you purchase is or when it will arrive.
    **** ** ********* **** * *** *** **** ********* **** ************  I have not received my merchandise 20 days after purchase (almost 2 times the maximum they said it would take). Have asked for a refund only to be ignored.

    Very poor customer service. Had difficulty tracking my package most of the time. Now my package was delivered to the wrong place and they're giving me the run around telling me my address wasn't correct. Back and forth in emails for over 2 days now. Absolutely ridiculous!     **** ********. Website tricks people into thinking it is a Canadian business but it’s direct to China. They claim things are shipped but cannot produce any proof of shipment.

    The worst customer experience I have ever had.
    I placed an order on December 6 waited a week no updates no tracking no nothing. I then emailed customer service at least 10 times asking for tracking info and was sent a link that was not helpful and did not show where my package was at. It is now December 20 and I still have no idea where my package is. Every response I get from spark paws is the same thing that it’s in route, but nobody can tell me where it’s at, and when it will arrive, this is honestly been the worst experience ever I receive good reviews for their products which I can’t say for now because I haven’t received my products But honestly The customer service has been terrible and I’ve been waiting over two weeks now for some type of status of my order and still nothing.

    **** **** **** ***** ******** 12 days and the tracking number they provided was incorrect. (I HOPE!) It's says it was delivered to an entirely different address in an entirely different state. So still nothing and no update. I tried to cancel my order over a week ago and I was told it was already shipped and I should see it in no more than 3 days. Not a reliable business in my personal experience.

    Ordered items over a month ago, they were coming from China, which is fine. however, the tracking website track*** is awful. stated my order was delivered at 2am but was never delivered. would not recommend them at all. beyond frustrated

    I ordered over a month ago never receiving my order and when I start pressuring them about a definite delivery date all of a sudden it showed delivered, but it was NEVER delivered to me!!
