      A ordered three pairs of shoes and as it turns out they didn’t have them in stock.
      I would not of ordered them if I knew the stock was not available.
      Then they held my order hostage for three and half weeks saying stock was on the way, finally they shipped one pair on day 25.
      I had asked to cancel on week two but didn’t get any help.
      After the first pair shipped I asked again to cancel the rest of the order as it was now a full month since the original order. They did return the money for the other two pairs, but it took a week.
      They had poor communication throughout the whole process.
      I had to pay $22 to return shoe that did not fit.
      Still waiting for returned shoes to be credited.
      This company is not easy to deal with and I will never shop with them in the future. I will not use stand alone stores either.

      Horrible customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes which didn't fit and wanted to return them. I initiated an order return but haven't heard anything further from them. I have tried calling them and emailing them but have not received any further instructions from them on how to return the shoes. Will never order from them again. I wish I had checked the BBB site before ordering from them. I will call my credit card company and dispute the charge.

      I dealt with 2 different stores (2541 Yonge St and Centerpoint Mall) and customer service at head office. **** ******* ** definitely not people/customer orientated.
      I definitely will take my business elsewhere. The only thing I walked out of there with was aggravation.

      I ordered shoes online and the shoes arrived damaged, with deep scratches in the leather. The packaging slip says to call customer service, but the recorded message tells you to email. I have been waiting for an email reply for > 2 weeks, (I emailed a picture of the scratched shoes) so far they have not told me what to do with the damaged shoes. I am wondering if they are sending damaged goods out on purpose to get the restocking fees. **** ***** **** * **** *** ** ****** ************

      ********* ***** *** **** ***** The poorest quality, materials used are not authentic, everything is fake. I will never be able to wear the boots I ordered. It hurts me when walking. Not suede, not orthopaedic as described, absolutely uncomfortable. The company is located in China, they never say in advance that delivery takes 15- 25 business days, only after shipping. It’s impossible to get a refund, you have to send back to China, it’s more expensive than boots themselves. No options. The package arrived in a dirty plastic bag, not boxed. Just wasted my money! Absolutely disappointed!
