1 starhorrible customer service & all the products come broken. my fiancée & i ordered a couch in march, it was $1700, it came broken, argued with customer service until September, got a replacement, only to have no hardware & the new couch was broken. argued with customer service again & they gave us an in store credit for $1499. 1 starI ordered a washing machine online in early October. The eta I was given was 1-3 weeks. After my purchase, the next day money was taken from my account and a voicemail was left to let me know the machine would not arrive until Nov25!! I wanted a refund as the item was for my rental unit; I called immediately and spoke with Ankita after being on hold for 30min just to tell me she did not have authorization to process this. I also sent an email to follow up, no call back or reply to my email. I called again, spoke to Ankita again and still no follow up from Manager. I called again and the receptionist gave me the number to speak to a manager. I called and left a message which seemed to be a cell for Clint and no response!!! I've called and emailed almost everyday to cancel my order and no one has gotten back to me. I am pursuing a fraud investigation with my bank, ***** **** *** **** ***** ********************* They lock you into an order almost 2 months away from.the time that is actually given. 1 starPoor communication, making false promises that delivery for appliances will be in 2 weeks, and it's been more than 6 weeks and still waiting for the appliance to be delivered-no follow up and can never speak to a manager to clearly provide an explanation. It is very disappointing that when you purchase the appliance salesman noted it will come in 2 weeks- but after the purchase- delivery wait had been so long and it's quite frustrating that bad boy management does not seem to care after they get their money and made a sale. **** ***** ********* **** ***** ** *******Review fromCheryl R.

1 starI ordered a refrigerator online, chose one that was available and not a "special order" as I know those will take 8-12 weeks.I tried to charge to my ******* account but it was having system issues, so I charged it to my credit card. Couple days later, I get a call from customer service that the refrigerator is not in stock, offering me a different one. I declined, as I specifically wanted the ****** because of the 10 year warranty and I have had ****** products in past with no issues. I asked for them to just refund my credit card and I would look elsewhere for one. They advised they do not refund, but would give me a store credit. **** **. I need a refrigerator and don't want the one you have in stock. I ** * ******* ****** ******* *** just moved into a home that had appliances but the refrigerator either freezer vegetables or lets milk expire in a few days. I insisted they refund and all they would do was refer me to someone else. I waited a few more days without hearing anything, then I call the Customer Service and get the name and number of someone. I speak to Evan and he informs me that the other model is made by ****** and is exactly the same quality. I don't want that one, or I would have ordered it, the internal shelves and crispers are different. I ask for refund, he won't issue it. Says he will talk to ****** and find out when the one I ordered will be available - maybe in a month.
Again, I wait a few days and call back. He still has no answer, I ask for the refund again, as I need to get a refrigerator. He states they don't refund and it says this on website. I advise it did not say that when I ordered it and that it showed it was available to order and not "unavailable" or I wouldn't have ordered it, if I had to wait. He says he is trying to do what he can and that they will price match. I asked to refund credit card and at least charge to ******* account. He doesn't know if they do that. 1 starBought a Whirlpool washer/ dryer and recliner from lastmans Bad Boy in Kingston on September 21st / 22. It was delivered September 29t, 6 hours late , and they did all kinds of damage to walls.. The next day ,set up washer , get ready to do a load. The washer does not work. Contacted Bad Boys less than 24 hours after receiving the delivery. They told me not their problem to ohobe Whirlpool its under warranty.
When i was sold the washer , not once was i told the washer was a floor model, nor is it stated on my receipt. Bad Boys refusedto replace the washer even though it wasnt in my home for 24 hours , and i called them immediately The manager said she will make this right. Making it right is exchanging the washer. I followed through with Whirlpool.. They looked at washer tiday , requires a new circuit board & another part. Which one is on back order So far 3 weeks no washer , and looks like at least another 4 weeks . Bad Boys should of rectified this. They should be paying the costs im forking out at laundry mat.. 1 starGOLD PLAN WARRANTY - Bad Boy does not stand behind their Gold Plan Warranty. They have no problem selling their warranty, but when you have an issue, you get nothing but the run around. Our first problem was a seam tear. We sent in all the photos they requested and after 2 month the claim was denied. They stated it was cracking; which you could clearly see in the photo it was not. The stitching on the seam came apart. No one ever came to check out the tear. So, I called a local repair person to come see if she could fix the tear, which she did in less than 1 hour. I paid $110 for something that should have been covered under the Gold Plan Warranty I purchased. The funny thing is, the repair person I hired used to work for this company and she informed us that they deny everything hoping you just go away, which sounds about right. Now our armless seat in our sectional is broken. Something structural broke, which is covered by the Gold Plan Warranty and again I am getting nothing but the run around. The store actually told us the claim was denied because we sat on the arm of the chair and broke it. If they bothered to look at the photos I sent, they would see that the seat in question does not even have any arms, so how could we have sat on it?? It's been over 2 months again for this second issue, with no results. Still, no one has come to even look at the sectional. 1 starDISGUSTED with this company. Long story short, we purchased a bed. It came damaged. We spent $500 just to fix it and put it together but this doesn't hide the damage parts all around it. It's been 8 months of our ticket being opened and being "processed" with no response and waiting on hold for at least an hour every time we call just to get hung up on!! So aggravating. Customer service is beyond rude and will purposely hang up on you and tell you that you can't speak to a manager when you ask nicely lol and tell you you're rude and have an attitude when they are the ones being rude and giving attitude because they don't want to deal with your ticket... I finally got a hold of someone and they wouldn't offer more than a pitiful $250 even though we spent $500 just to put the bed together and still have damaged bed parts that we can't hide. Managers, do not call you back.
Ext *** does not have a voicemail.
They sell you damaged product and do not replace the product but pick up the damaged items and leave you without any replacement.
Horrible service.

1 starBeginning of July I ordered a bedroom set including a bed and matttress. I also ordered a sectional couch. The saleswoman said there would be a two week wait for the sectional. The mattress was delivered within a few days, so I had somewhere to sleep but the bedroom set was delayed and when the men delivered it, they just dropped it in the bedroom and left. They left me to unpack and check for damages. The set was damaged so I contacted the store and they arranged to pick it up and send a replacement. I received the second set and the delivery men were very good allowing me to unpack and inspect the substitute set. The sectional was delivered with cushions missing. They wanted to give me the cushions from the display sectional, I refused. They kept promising the cushions would be delivered, but it took two months before I got the cushions. I still do not have a breakdown invoice showing the price of each set. Said they would give me a warranty instead. The service was dreadful, they did not care once they made the sale. Dealing with this company is not worth the hassle. I wish I had checked the BBB before I dealt with them. ******* ***** **** *************
