      I am an apartment building and I have ordered for 7 units and they could not even get the order straight.
      I ordered in July. It is now Oct. and still nothing. When I contact the rep for the up dates all she can say is she does not have the PO. Which are attached to her email to me. What a ——- person. I will never order from this company. As Baddddd. Boys. Is Baddddd. Not worth the time of day.

      I’ve been waiting for living room furniture since April but I’ve had nothing but a long line of bad experiences including horrible customer service, blame shifting, sales reps ******* other sales reps, ***** ***** and restocking fees ******* ** ***** ************.
      I had to request a different sales rep after multiple unprofessional interactions and calls with one of their staff members who clearly wouldn’t listen ** *** ***** ***** ** ************** *** ** ******* **** *** ******* *********** *** ************ ** *** *** * ********
      I tried to get a refund and was told NO but after pushing a little harder I was told I would lose 25% of the sale on the return plus additional charges for a restocking fee.
      It’s now nearing the end of September and my living room is still empty. I will NEVER shop there again *** ********* **** ********** *****

      I will never buy anything again from this store, I purchased a fridge stove television /stand and other things three months ago I have to cancel the fridge get some of the things and still waiting on the stove upon this day I have not received my stove how long must I wait on my stove so I can cook a meal and this store is at Kennedy road and Lawrence Scarborough Ontario .

      Contacting Bad Boy about my very delayed order has become more or less a full time job at this point.
      I sent several unanswered emails, I spoke to three phone agents who promised calls back and never called. I placed my order in July, at whole point Bad Boy charged my credit card for $2200+. It has taken me three weeks of attempted communication just to find out my item was discontinued or maybe delayed further? I’m still not sure what the real story is.
      I was told 4-6 weeks when I initially ordered. It’s been over 6 weeks and now I’m told it might be “early to mid October”. With all these delays and the awful communication, I just need a refund at this point.
      Bad Boy, please reach out and make this right. It’s not ok to make your customers spend weeks just trying to make contact to find out anything at all about orders (that have already been paid for, no less!).

      We bought a full reclining leather set of furniture. It is the absolute worst furniture I have ever purchased in my life. It has been sent back for a second repair that took months for them to respond and pick up. The metal closures have ruined our real hardwood flooring. I just want it gone but their warranty ***** and they don’t listen to anything you have to say. The customer service is brutal. I would be happy to get a replacement without reclining, forfeit the warranty, not charge them to repair the flooring and be done with that place. ***** **** ***** **** **** ****** ***** ** **** ******* ****** We have HUGE REGRET AND ******* DISSATISFACTION AND DISAPPOINTMENT!!

      On Feb6th 2023walked in to Ancaster Bad Boy with my ill mother who wanted to purchase brand new appliances as a gift for my partner and I before she passed. We were told it would take 8 weeks for them to arrive ...it has been almost 7 months and still no arrival .despite consistent follow thru on my part(phone calls and walkins) all I have been told is that they have not yet arrived in warehouse ..No one can tell me where they are and when they will be delivered ..I have offered resolutions to this problem (reimburse me money or alternative appliances) I feel like im am being held hostage and no one is helping me to resolve this situation. only push backs on dates but not specific .I will not be recomending Bad Boy to anyone and will never be a costumer of theirs again.** *** ***** ** ******** ** ****** **** *** *** ***

      Purchased an ****** Sectional from Badboy Furniture on May 7th, 2023 with a 3 to 6 week delivery. I was told 3 times the order was pushed out past the original 6 weeks. Explained that I have a family gathering and needed the furniture by Aug 31st 2023. This gave them 17 weeks to deliver. The sectional was ordered wrong twice. I have gotten a notification 5 weeks in a row from them that my furniture was going to be delivered and the order is always wrong or missing pieces so I do not except the order. They offered me a different sectional but I would have to pay more. I have explained 3 times I need the one I ordered so it fits in my room. And here we are Aug 29th still do not have the Sectional I ordered and will have to go out and find something for my family to sit on. I was told the last piece would be on the truck the week of Aug 27th 2023. I received notification again today that they want to deliver on Thursday and again still missing pieces. I have reached out today in hopes that I might get it in time to be ignored again. I have requested my money back twice and they will not refund my money. They just keep asking for more time. ***** ********** *******  I can’t get my money back nor, can I buy something else. Badboy holds all the cards.

      ******** ******** *******! I purchased a couch from them in Oct of 2022 from the finch location. First and foremost they only sent half the couch then took another three weeks to deliver the other half and wouldn’t help me assemble it, even though I told them I was injured at the time. Then when I try to replace the cushion on it thru the ***** warranty in aug of 2023 just for them to tell me that the warranty is void, because I damaged the fabric on the side of the couch trying to assemble it, while injured at the time. ***** ******* *** ***** **** *** *** *** ****** **** **** **** ***!

      Horendous experience with delays of furniture for months, broken parts, refusal to return and provide compensation... unresponsive staff, ******** **** ***** - Dundas Location (Donna)
      Headquarters escalations to Nadine T. and Evan who made promises to hanfle.the situation and remained silent.
      I will not ever consider.getting anywhere close to this store!

      Bad boy is really bad boy .i called 13 aug for adking that is dresser on sale kitchener location customer service said no it is disconnected .we don't know why it is on website .shame on u guys don't update website.
